Is there any kind of app to add timestamps to every text? There is nothing more annoying them getting something like "I'll leave in 10 minutes" then losing track of time and not being able to see when they sent it.

Wish they would give an option to have it on the same line just opposite of what was sent so it doesn't add extra lines.

My iPhone will be here tomorrow, Verizon let me upgrade early. WOOT!

Question (And Pared might be the best to answer this since he knows my push notification issues), since I currently have an iPod touch, is there a way to deactivate it per say, so the apps only work on my iPhone? How do you do that when you upgrade iPhones I guess, since the apps will be synced to 2 devices. I'm selling off my Touch, so I don't know how to deactivate it other than wiping it clean. And if that's all that needs to be done, then great.

EDIT - oh yeah, one other question. When I set it up on iTunes, should I do a fresh, new set up, or used the backup from my iPod Touch (which has my calendar, etc set up on it).

well, the old lady dropped her iphone 4 yesterday. as always, shes careless when it comes to phones, or anything tech device like it. yup, the screen shattered (but still works)..

where did she have it? in her back pocket as usual.. i always tell her not to do that, you dont have a proper case on it incase it falls out etc. she didnt listen and finally it hit the deck.

called applecare and have a replaceent coming tomorrow. looks like the applecare protection covered it for us. the only thing i had to pay was 30 bucks for them to ship us one tomorrow. since we use our iphones as our main phones she needed one asap.

I called ATT yesterday to see if I could get the hookup like EG did at Verizon. My upgrade is in June. I told them my phone was broken and that I needed a new one and was hoping, since I've been with AT&T (Cingular) since '02 that they would hook up an old school customer.

I told them I'd even go for the refurb 3gs iphone they are advertising for ugrades at $19.00. They said sure, but we don't have any refurbs just new ones. Oh Ok I said how much are those? Well you'll get $30.00 off she said. The price would be 249.99. What!?

I said nevermind. I'll call you in June....

Yeah it depends on how that aluminum works out. If they could make it look like a macbook pro it'd be nice.
