Like I mentioned earlier, many of the changes are subtle. If you don't own an iPad or Macbook you will never experience calling from an iPad or Handoff. You can reply to imessages from a notification. Hands free Siri, time lapse videos, new notifications in the today view, TouchID in third party apps for easier security.... Lots of things but they are subtle.

Sounds like enough to upgrade now that I have a iPhone with enough storage. I just wanna make sure it's not gonna render what I already have & need useless.

I like the replying through notifications. Super convenient, easy, and fast.

Those are all mostly for iPhones though. I'm not complaining per se, just making observations.

I got to play with the 6 and the 6 Plus today at work. The 6 is the perfect size for me, but I'd be really happy with the 6 Plus. You'll only notice this if you look at them side by side, but the 6 Plus definitely has the better display. I love the way the screen rounds off at the edges. It makes it feel really smooth. The camera bulge is odd, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. The gold is also much more gold than the 5S version, when is was more champagne. The one handed display gesture was also really easy to use and would definitely come in handy with the 6 Plus. I have pictures of size relative to my hand as well as the slightly different gold coloring if anyone is interested.

I had mine sent to the Apple Store near work, but there was still a pretty long line at lunch. I'm leaving early today, hopefully the line is gone by then.

I'm syncing mine right now and it's fine. But I haven't actually used it yet.

It feels so much bigger yet lighter than my 4s. I held the 6+ at the Apple store when I picked mine up. Looks really cool, but it's just too big for me.

Just left the Apple store and I kinda like the Plus. It's big, but not as big as I envisioned and the display is gorgeous.

I'm good with the 6 and more memory though.

They 6 is absolutely gorgeous and feels really nice in your hand. It's the perfect size, in my opinion. Can't wait to get one

I got mine today as well. The only thing that I wish was different is I wish the 6 got the same screen resolution as the 6 Plus. Otherwise its practically perfect.

My homie got the iPhone 6 today and after playing around with it, I really don't wanna wait until March for my upgrade.

So I have a question for anybody that works at Verizon. If I were to go into the store and cancel my contract and pay the early termination fee (18 months in so it would be $170) could I then sign up for a new contract and pay contract price for the 6 Plus?

UPDATE: I went to Verizon today on my lunch break and asked the sales lady the same question I posted above, and she said I could do it but I'd have to get a new number, which I'm fine with. Pay the ETF of $170, and trade in my iPhone 5 for $200 to knock the price of the 6 Plus down to $299 for the 128GB.

Also got a chance to check out the 6 Plus at the store today, and my god, THAT DEVICE IS A THING OF BEAUTY! Can't wait to get that bad boy in a couple weeks!
