I have it syncing all of my songs right now, but I will try in a few. I thought I did that, but maybe I did something wrong.

So what should I download to get custom wallpaper , icons, sounds etc...

What are you guys using to get ringtones?

Give me some tips for this baby... I am loving it so far.

You'll have to jailbreak your phone to add custom ringtones. Then install the config app that let's you cutomize your tones.

To make your custom tones out of your mp3 files I suggest using www.myxertones.com . From there you can create or use someone else's.

thats not true at all....I don't have a jb iphone, and I have custom ringtones. Don't know how to do it for pc's tho

really? How did you do it without having to buy it through iTunes? Sounds like I missed that feature.

its prob the same for pc's, but I'm not sure. All you need is iTunes 7.5 or later. Convert the file you want as a ringtone to .m4a. Then change the extension to .m4r. Add it to iTunes and sync, easy as that.

With the 1.1.3 firmware, Apple disabled the use of mp3 as ringtone, so now you gotta make it aac (.m4a).

Well I did the full restore to get it back to normal....then I did the jailbreak again. Downloaded some sounds this time. Used customize and now my camera shutter sound is Borat saying "Very Niiiiiice"

Pared, so say I have this theme I really like but I want to change the colors on it. How would I do that? I remember earlier you saying something about creating your own icons.

I want to learn how to do all of this!

So if I have to restore my phone, I have to add all my music, contacts etc again?

Dang, they wouldn't sync for me.

When you jailbreak the phone can you have certain sounds for the text messages voice mail etc?
