Edit: But I am also led to believe she went back to Jack, because she finds out she's pregnant, and doesn't want to die on the island.

Also, we know Kate is found not guilty.

Watching this trial is pretty useless. We already know she's free, because we see her meet up with Jack at the airport.

Considering how long the lead up to trials takes in this country, how do we know this is happening before the airport meeting?

Jack had a beard when he met with Kate, he also looked very on edge.

When he was in the courthouse, he looked composed and normal, much like he did when he was speaking to Hurley.

No F'n way!!!!! Aaron is Kate's son. That explains why Kate told Jack that they can't ever go back to the island at the end of last season. She took Aaron from Claire somehow.
