Tagging program does it for you..gives you an option to embed it into the tag or save it to the folder I believe.

aholbert, did you get a case for it yet? The official MS ones are $40 and I don't care that they open like a book. Hopefully cases start showing up online soon. I have a plastic case for the Classic that encloses the entire Classic except for the buttons. I hope ones for the Zune start showing up soon.

Which is a better option, saving to the folder or embedding? If it embeds it into the tracks, then you will have the image always on those tracks which could be good and bad.

Thanks for the tidbit. I might look to pick one up if I ever fill my 30GB Photo.... With the iPod touch I'm completely content with a portable media player... even without having my entire music collection.

Anyone try the wireless sharing? Is it improved from Zune1? I hated Zune1's approach with the whole "3 plays or 3 days" thing, IIRC.

They eliminated the 3 plays for 3 days feature, and I guess now the song stays on your Zune from my understanding. Again, I haven't fully looked into this feature, but I'm just going off of what I read. Maybe aholbert can confirm.

My only question for those that have the 80gb, must be aholbert and myself.....LOL! How has battery life been, are you getting the full 24 hours usage?

3 plays/3 days is gone but you are still only allowed to play the song three times before its erased.

Battery life is great for me. My classic could use TVout for 4 1/2 hours before needing a charge and my Zune worked for 5 1/2.

Are you re-converting all of your videos to work with Zune Aaron or are you just using the already converted files?

Nothing has changed for me when it comes to converting. The majority of files I download are already formatted for ipod use (mp4) so they work with the zune. All I do is download, drag and drop into Itunes (so that I can edit the tag information of the video or mp3) and then start the zune software. Since my Zune music and video folder is the same as my Itunes one, the Zune software automatically imports my files once I turn it on.

So I got my $99 Zune from Buy.com yesterday, and I gotta say that after a day of messing around with it, i'm pretty pleased.

I was able to sync with no problems, got some pics on it, and set up a new background. All I need to do is finish getting my CD's and other music on it and i'm all set other than figuring out how to use it in the car and seeing what other add ons I can get.

I'm a little suprised it didnt come with a booklet or something that pimps some of its features, but whatever.

So it plays mp4? Nice. I would have thought you need to convert everything to wmv... I hate wmv.

aholbert, how well is your battery life holding up so far?

On average, how many hours are you getting out of the battery from listening to music or even watching vids?

Which settings have you used? If I'm not using wireless sync I shut it off, and have turned the backlight down to low, and 1 second on the light.

Ahh, no F'n way!! I'm hoping thats a black friday sale? If so, I wont feel so bad, cause theres no way going out and waiting for that is worth $20 for me.

Also, I have a couple of questions regarding the first generation Zune or whatever the $99 Buy.com one was:

1) I need a car adapter kit, but after stopping at Best Buy tonight, there is no way I'm paying $90 bucks for the Zune kit. They did have a Creative one I think that was compatible with the Zune for like $45, so thats not so bad. Anyway, does anyone have an suggestions on a cheap/good kit?

2) What do I have to do to put a movie onto this thing? More specifically, how can I put a DVD on it, if possible?
