    Agree 100%

The last couple of seasons were painful to watch, it became a soap opera with all the shock value scenes they tried to pull off, and all the female characters became insufferable. I don't like quitting on shows, so I watched all the way to the end, and I was happy when it was finally over.

Exactly! It felt like I was watching a soap or a trashy reality show that tried to be as dramatic/shocking as possible. Early on the show had the perfect mix of being absurd, funny, dramatic and emotional.

Unfortunately it reached a point where the characters' behavior was so dumb that it wasn't even remotely believable anymore. Agreed especially about the female characters in the show. I think that's what finally drove me away from the series, I couldn't take anymore Janet or Sheila. I'm fine with stretching various boundaries for the sake of drama but the plot became so stupid that I couldn't watch it anymore.

I went from Breaking Bad on Netflix to Dexter. I had heard things about Dexter.

Agreed, Dexter wasn't my favorite series ever. It took me starting/stopping 3-4 times before I got through it.

IMO the series was never the same...

            Spoiler

I hear a lot of people say they didn't like it passed season 4. I pretty much enjoyed it all the way through. Just didn't like what I previously spoilered.

Breaking Bad is the gold standard of how to properly end your show. Dexter, on the other hand, is the absolute opposite.

Dexter had some good seasons, but peaked at what ehh said in that spoiler.

Breaking Bad never really had any lulls for me. For the first few seasons every episode was just as good as the last, then the final season came and I was completely blown away.

The only show that I would really put on the same level is The Wire and even it's final season was a little disappointing (still better than 95% of the shows out there though). Six Feet Under and The Sopranos are both right there too, but each of those had some slower parts. I would highly recommend any of those (BB, The Wire, SFU and The Sopranos)... I couldn't do the same for Dexter.

The only show's finale that was just as good (maybe better, but it's close) was Six Feet Under.

Re: Breaking Bad - AMC Show

There were a few spots in the first three seasons that I got a little bored, sections that I considered lulls. I binge watched it on Netflix though so it may have just been a case of overloading and watching too much too quickly. Season 4 was also so absolutely ridiculous that put the rest of the seasons in a lesser regard IMO.

I'm sorry but what is this world coming to, when they make action figures (age 15 and up) that come with meth lab props?

Yeah, they need to raise the age to 18.

This is the Heisenberg model with the gun. Not seen is the bag full of money it also comes with.

I don't collect figures but that Heisenberg figure is awesome.

I also kind of really want that plush pink teddy bear. I wonder if I could give it to my girlfriend without her looking at me weird.

Nah, I'll just keep it for myself. Easier to explain than to give it to her and explain why she should appreciate it.

Hmmm... I would think that technically with something like meth being illegal, would it also not be illegal to sell a likeness of the item in this country? For example, candy cigarettes are no longer sold. I mean, if this is okay, then wouldn't "toys" involving bags of "H" be fine? How about prostitution dolls? On a larger scale, America and the world has embraced a figure that by definition is a major felon, though I know it's been done time and time again.

Obviously this wouldn't be an action figure that should be featured in the toy section of Toys R Us. It should only be available online or stores like Spencers.
