I'm still at the beginning of OPM. Even just a few episodes in, Saitama's gotta be one of my favorite characters of all time.

Started reading this manga called Tower of God, and I can't stop reading it. The art style is not the best, but the story and characters makes up for the lack of quality art. Currently on chapter 170, and I would recommend y'all read like 10-25 chapters to see how it is. It starts off slows but picks up over time.

Started reading World Trigger the other day. While I like the story thus far and the combat is a bit different which is nice the faces the mangaka draws is really off-putting and hurts it. I'm still going to continue but I hope he tunes that down a bit because it's annoying/distracting.

HxH continuing. We'll see how many chapters it actually is. Considering it is Togashi, I'll say it'll be less than 5 chapters.

Hes as bad as Miura and Berserk. Last I saw Togashi was having some health issues, hope he is doing alright. I imagine the deadlines and expectations for a huge series like Hunter x Hunter would drive anyone to have issues. The author of Zero no Tsukaima passed away before he was able to finish.

I'm sure his health issues are genuine, but he's likely just lazy when it comes to releasing this consistently and can live off the money from HxH, YYH and his wife who created Sailor Moon.

                  Re: Anime/Manga Discussion Thread

Used to watch tons of anime several years ago (Appleseed, Howl's Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, Cowboy Bebop, etc. etc.). Kind of got out of it, but then one of my buddies recommended Sword Art Online. Yeah, I just binged Volume I on Netflix in one day.

The year is 2022, and gamers have lined up on launch day for Sword Art Online, a hotly-anticipated MMORPG that lets players connect to an immersive virtual reality world with special helmets called Nerve Gear. Kirito is one such gamer who's eager to jump back into action, having spent a great deal of time as a beta tester, and quickly becomes friends with newbie warrior Klein. But soon, Sword Art Online's 10,000 players discover that not only are they unable to log out, the only way they can return to their physical bodies is by beating the 100-level tower's final boss - death in the game means death in the real world. Now, with no one else to turn to, Kirito and the other participants must survive the game as best they can.
Sword Art Online Volume II is up on Netflix, but they don't have the English dubs uploaded yet. Will still probably check out though....just got really invested into the characters.

I've heard that a lot. I went all fan girl when...

                      Spoiler

After watching the second half of Volume I (ALO), I kinda wished they fleshed out the Aincrad arc more. It's still a good story, and you care about the characters a ton. Just feel like an opportunity was missed to take this from good to great or even excelsior.

I disliked the second half of both seasons. Greatly.

I lost so much interest in both seasons during the second half. Really became a chore to finish.

Regarding the second season, I'm still mad about
