        Nah he's just signed to Def Jam but I think when your rival becomes your boss you kinda lose.

                                Ether is crazy overrated imo. What made Takeover and Superugly better was the fact that it was pretty much all based in truth. At the time, it was true that Jay slept w/ his girl, that Nas only has 2 good albums and that Nas switched his image up a ton (Escobar(.

                                Ether is a solid song but its just Nas shouting insults with nothing to back it up.
                                Superugly stunk. I remember when it debuted on Hot 97, it was so hyped and it was just bad.

                                Nas didn't have a 1 hot album every 10 year average. I Am and It Was Written are as good as Jay-Z Volume 3 and the Roc album.

                                    Was thinking the same damn thing when I heard Nasir signed with Def Jam.

                                    With that said I think it was about even. I loved Takeover because he handled his business with different beefs. Impressive. And funny.

                                    And NO I DON'T THINK MARSHALL MURDERED JAY ON HIS OWN ISH. That track is crazy and both guys laid it down.
