Re: The Official BlackBerry Thread
Still getting use to my Storm and have a question regarding e-mail.
Is there a way to get the Blackberry\Verizon stamp off the bottom your e-mail when sending it from your phone? If so howActually...believe it or not from my physique... I'm a light eater - Clay T. ShaverComment

Don't have a Blackberry phone, but can you try editing your signature and see if they just put that in there as a default? That's what the iPod touch does (and iPhone I assume).Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: The Official BlackBerry Thread
Got my BlackBerry yesterday finally from T-Mo....got the above phone, the Curve 8320.
I wanted the 8900 but with T-Mo forcing you to get the BlackBerry data plan (which is ok with me) and the fact that the 8320 was half the price of the 8900, I went with it.
I absolutely LOVE this phone so far...I can see why BB's are so popular and I can easily see myself never owning any other phone outside of the BB.
The thing that surprised me the most probably was how quick the browser is and how well the internet works on the phone...and that's just on EDGE, haven't tried a WiFi network which I hear works even faster.
I like all the apps. and just the versatility of the phone and what you can do with it...seems almost endless.
Having some trouble with the Qwerty but that's to be expected...not used to it, slowly coming to me though lol.
I literally spent yesterday and last night just going through the phone, getting used to everything, and finding stuff...haven't even started looking for apps.
Bout ready to get on that now."Never trust a big butt and a smile."-Ricky Bell

Re: The Official BlackBerry Thread
I changed the housing on my Curve 8900. Blacked it out! Went from the Chrome Bezel to all black! Clean my trackball too while I had the phone in pieces.

I've read the Chrome starts to peel eventually. Love the all black look! Of course this voids your warranty. So do at your own risk. I plan to have this one at least until my next upgrade. It's also unlocked. Screen looks kinda dirty but that was just a bad Invisible Shield application...lol...I've since removed it and replaced with a Clarivue Ultra Clear screen protector.Last edited by SoMiss2000; 06-08-2009, 11:02 PM."Never trust a big butt and a smile."-Ricky Bell

Re: The Official BlackBerry Thread
I'm thinking about getting the all black housing for my 8330. The only thing is I'd like for my bottom cover to still have the verizon logo on it and they only offer that in the standard pink (negative) and silver.
Has anyone ever received an SMS msg longer than 160-characters? My girlfriend is out of town with her sister for the birth of her nephew and she sent me 2 msgs today that were CLEARLY longer than 160-characters. She has a Samsung Delve from Alltel if that means anything to anyone.Last edited by NoleFan; 06-09-2009, 05:27 PM.F-L-O-R-I-D-A! S-T-A-T-E! Florida State! Florida State! Florida State! Wooooo!Comment
