I've been following info on this movie since day one, I just haven't been posting anything on here. The fact that Bousman isn't directing increased my excitement for this movie tenfold.

I already have tickets for a midnight showing. I'll let you know how it is.

May or may not see it Friday/the following week, but I'll see it. I'll be on vacation that week, so it's up in the air if I want to see a movie on a chill day.

It's tough to respond to questions like this, because Saw is definitely a different franchise where they can't just leave it hanging after four. Could have they left it after one? Yes. Two? No. Three? Yes, minus the intentional cliffhangers for the fourth. Four? No, they still have enough material for two more movies to make sure they tie up all the loose ends.

Regardless, I still wish they stopped at three, but since they're going on, I'm more than happy seeing how they end up ultimately concluding the series, plus the fact they are still a smart group of writers that can come up with new traps and twists, etc.

However, to respond... yes, they are still making more, and it simply wouldn't have made sense to stop after the fourth movie.

Admittedly, Saw is a rare case of a movie/video game that continues putting out sequels without losing the entertainment value. Saw III was the only disappointment of the four for me...and I'm looking forward to seeing what Sav V has to offer.

VH1 has a reality show coming on soon that has to do with being in Saw VI.Scream Queens or something...

I didn't know it was this Friday, I thought it was the 31st it released.

I really wish I could get pumped for this movie.

But ever since the Pig guts in Saw III, I've lost great interest in these movies. I'm not supposed to laugh at a guy who is dying in pig guts...but then again, it's freaking pig guts.

I'm half tempted to go to this. This is an awesome theater too, one of the only digital ones in the area.

With the knowledge of Saw VI... does it really matter how it ends?

Was actually curious about this until that VH1 show. Now... not really intrigued how it ends... since it doesn't.

Tired of movies that are nothing more than expensive TV shows. Give me a theater experience, not a cheesy twist at the end of a badly acted movie with gore for shock and awe.

I may get a change to go with the wife to the midnight showing tonight. I love this series, but this film does remind me a bit of SAW II with the group of people working and fighting with each other to get out. Can't wait to see this.

I thought they said it was going to be 6 movies to the series, so if true then that means there is one more after this next one.

That won't necessarily sotp them though. I mean there were more Friday the 13th movies after the one title "The Final Chapter" than there were before it.

Going to a Sawfest... seeing all five, starting in three hours. It's going to be great!
