A couple of folks trying to make it in music.

First a very good friend of mine his music is on itunes and amazon music. One of the songs on his Drifter passing through album was written by me.

You have to be a fan of Kevin Fowler to like it. He isn't he worlds best singer, but this is by far the strongest album he has ever written. He has his beer anthems, a song to his daughters and some other songs that give it a nice mix. I could see a couple of them being sold to Nashville and becoming hits.

Had a friend of mine put me on some Tim McGraw and now I have him in my iPod lol! Live Like You Were Dying is a great song. There's also another one where the lyrics go like:

Back when a screw was a screw
A wind was all that blew

Had me cracking up man! This is good stuff.

"Way Back When" yeah that's a good song just about all of his music is good. He released a self titled album in the early 90's that didn't sell to good but it has good songs on it.

Anyone else a fan of John Denver's music? I really love Annie's Song, Looking For Space, Country Roads, and Thank God I'm A Country Boy. He was a great singer/songwriter and was magic on the 12 string guitar.

Just picked up this guys first album with this amazing song on it. For some reason I guess being a father of 2 boys 3 years different in age and seeing how my youngest son always looks up to his brother, it brought tears to my eye.

                  Live streams from Steamboat MusicFest.

I am thinking about asking for a trip to this next year as a graduation present. Just sounds so awesome.

Let The Cowboy Rock by Ronnie Dunn. I like this song has a great beat to it.

These guys are going to be huge on the Texas Country scene by the end of the year.

Anybody familiar with Jonny Corndawg? He opened for Dawes last night and I think I liked him better.
