Frank Ocean held his own on both tracks he was featured. Which surprised me a bit but I wouldn't mind hearing him work with Kanye more. I know Frank Ocean isn't that liked on this site. But the chemistry is clearly there.

Beanie Sigel must be feeling pretty low after Why I love You.

Why all the Busta hate? I mean I know he isn't as good as he was even 2-3 years ago but the guy still gets it in and still has some party joints...

No hate at all. Busta just ruins party joint remixes for me.

No fan of Jay Z but this album is nice. I'm gonna have to see what this Frank Ocean is about. His hooks are nice.

Jay Z can barely put together a 16 bar verse at this point. He struggles to put together more than 2 coherent bars in a row even, plus he averages like 3 words per bar LOL. How many times on the album does he spit like 8 bars or less in a row?

Kanye is just horrible with all his HUHHH stuff.

This album is PERFECT for 18 year old girls to spam their Facebook and twitter feeds with lyrics that aren't even clever from the album.

The lyrics are so bland here - it is painfully obvious these guys let their egos get in the way and spend like 10 minutes on their verses. Jay has been spitting the same verse for 5 years now. They just try to come with 'swag' and rely on stans to just love it no matter what

There is too much 'open space' in the songs where just the boring beat is playing.

Too much techno/dubstep type ish with the production. Couple times when the beat switches up in a song it goes the wrong way

HOW do you let Swizz lay vocals on a track? His chorus thing is more perplexing than Rick Ross' 4 bar Monster 'verse' LMAO.

There are parts of songs that I like - if the album wasn't so hyped and I knew it wasn't every teenagers wet dream I could probably stand it. I like straight up raw hip hop music, rapping ability to be showcased - Joe Budden, Royce 59, Eminem types. Jay and Kanye can't even come close to that at this point, unfortunately.

Not to be a TOTAL hate.r...there is some stuff I like. Jay was going in on "Welcome to the Jungle" - unfortunately thats the one with Swizz. The "Who Gon Stop Me" beat is crazy to begin with, then switches up and stops being dope

New Day makes me feel like a million bucks. Great sampling and production. That's probably my favorite track along with No Church In the Wild, Primetime, Illest Mfer Alive and Gotta Have It.

Check out this song I just did. I am the rapper. Shout outs to Rude Boy for the beat. I mixed it down myself with pro-tools been using Adobe Audition to record all my songs in the past so the pro-tools is kinda new to me. What ya'll think? I'mma put this on my mixtape.
