Yeah, a lot of hipster teenagers like to ride old school rappers, hate on Lil Wayne and other popular rappers so they look like they know what they're talking about.

15-year-old kids talking about hip-hop is dead and "the real", smh.

My one friend does that kind of stuff and all he plays is Lil Wayne and dubstep.

He said his favorite dead rapper was Eazy-E, and then a week later I played the song "It's on" and asked him who was rapping and he was clueless...
Because it's the "cool thing" to say just like it's the "cool thing" for people to say about a rapper, "Oh they're just being different" when it's BS.

Man, R.I.P. Big L. So many rappers have tried, and many have failed, at doing the punchline style like L. Nobody is ever going to come around with his delivery, wordplay and swagger. Saddest part about his death is he was allegedly going to sign with Roc-A-Fella and Harlem was just gaining major steam with Mase and Cam'ron. Still to this day the only rapper from Uptown that I mess with.................

Lol, Tyler has already sold out along with Earl. He's not rapping about the things that got him famous. Haven't heard him rap about rape, murder, etc. since Goblin. Bastard was as good as it gets for him; he took you into the mind of an awkward, depressed teenager. I'd never heard anything like it before.

Maybe it's not selling out. Maybe it's just the fact that his life has changed for the better, but he's moving away from what brought him his fanbase.

Don't know much about beatnuts, but if you're asking about Vinnie he has quite a few albums out.

He is the leader of Jedi Mind Tricks and Army of the Pharaohs (JMT is what he's more famous for though)

JMT's first album was in 97. and he's released 6 since with his most recent being Violence Begets Violence in 2011

You're trying to argue semantics here.

Goes in what? I hope you're not talking about his flow/lyrics because ALL of his **** sounds the same and it's all basura.
