You need to post in here more often.

Not really. Unless you can provide some sort of example, I don't agree with that at all.

Caught Killer Mike and El-P this past Friday in Orlando. Very good show, despite what I thought was a low turnout.

Next up is The Weeknd in October, then ASAP Rocky, Danny Brown, and Schoolboy Q in November.

        Can't wait!

If you're addressing me, which I assume you are.

Chief Keef is only good because he is giving a first hand perspective into teen violence with polarizing songs, which is something we haven't really seen. He is no lyrical mastermind, but he is one of a kind (just rhymed there )

If he started rapping about other stuff, I don't think he would've ever exploded the way he did.

              And subject matter is important.

Weeks do you think his verses on Cuz My Gear and Global Now are trash? They're not all about violence. I like his style regardless of what he's talking about.

I don't really like those songs, but that is my opinion.

It's hard to judge rap being "good" or not, because it is specific to everyone. Me? I like punchlines, and more lyric focused rap so I don't really think Chief Keef is that great.

But I remember you saying you were into trap music, so I could see why you like Chief Keef.

Once again though, it's literally all personal opinion when judging rap. And chief keef isn't really my style.

There are a lot of rappers who are awful no matter what the subject matter is. If you actually have skill, then you'll get respect. Kindergarten rhymes and making noises every so often doesn't constitute skill (bang bang).

TI made trap music and wasn't garbage, Clipse made trap music and weren't garbage, Jeezy can make an entertaining song now and then, etc. If you want trap music or punchline rappers, there are much better sources for that.

That should've been clear awhile ago. I don't like ****ty rappers.

Yeah, what he said. Keef and T.I. are obviously trying to do the same thing. T.I.'s just much better at it, of course. Jmood knows his stuff.

I'm glad that you've finally seen the light and agreed with me, sarcastic as that statement was. That fake sentiment made more sense than any of your defenses for Keef's bull****.
