Re: What movies have you seen recently? Part 1
Star Trek-I'll admit I know nothing or haven't watched anything involving Star Trek before watching this movie. But I did enjoy it. I thought Kirk was annoying, I really liked Spock though.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

The American. Good, but it was slow paced. No big explosions or crazy chase scenes. Definitely not the typical action/spy movie.Comment

Santa Claus - No, not the one with Tim Allen. The one with Dudley Moore and John Lithgow. I watched this all the time as a kid, even in the Summer. Obviously not as good as it was back in the day, but its still enjoyable and John Lithgow is awesome.

It's also not even close to what they made it out to be in the trailer. I didn't hate it or like it, it was just an alright movie.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Apocalypse Now-I've heard this is one of the best movies of all time, and I can't say I enjoyed it. I thought it was boring and just couldn't get into it.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

Forgot to post that I saw True Grit and it was really good, Jeff Bridges was great and the girl needs to get nominated for an Oscar cause she had one of the best performances I've seen this year. It also made me want to play Red Dead Redemption.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.

Watched "Easy A" today. It was alright, kind of reminded me of "Mean Girls".
I'll be generous and give it a 7.5/10. Not highly recommended by me, but it was OK and I guess worth a watch. It was a little over the top, although some parts were funny.Comment

True Grit was awesome. Jeff Bridges and the girl were both wonderful.
