I saw Her tonight. Man, what a movie. It was weird in a way I can't describe, but it was a fantastic story. I don't really know even how to start talking about it, but I loved every second of it. It was funny and heart wrenching, but it was also easy to relate to in a way I didn't expect. Absolute must see in my book.

Re: What movies have you seen recently?
Godzilla Vs. Biollante (1989)
Yeesh....Not the greatest start to the "VS" series of Godzilla films. This movie had a pretty convoluted plot with just way too much crap going on. Usually when you throw all kinds of crap on the wall it can at least be somewhat interesting but here it comes off as pretty dull and boring. Biollante as a rosebush of horror was interesting but it got kinda mystical and weird. Even the battles between Godzilla and Biollante were short though on the plus side it was pretty violent and gory for a Godzilla film.
This movie tanked at the Japanese Box Office so Toho would bring in the classic Godzilla villains for the next few films so i'm sure that'll be a lot better.
This movie however gets * 3/4th starsMember of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Saw 7 Psychopaths and was a bit disappointed, seeing as it was from the same guy that made In Bruges. Christopher Walken delivered as always, though,NCAA: Michigan Wolverines

Re: What movies have you seen recently?
The Last Stand - Typical guilty pleasure action movie but there were some funny one liner moments as always with Arnold. Arnold was looking a bit rough and had what seemed to be a ridiculous amount of spray tan on in some scenes. Decent watch though if you like action movies or a fan of Arnold.Texas Rangers/Saints/LSU/Tottenham Hotspur

I love In Bruges, too. I expected this one to be a dark comedy just like that as well.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

The Legend of Hercules 3D. I was entertained, though it felt like a really long episode of the Spartacus tv show at times. I don't remember the details of his mythos besides the basics of him being the son of Zeus. The 3D was very solid and plenty of well placed pop outs. Same with the action sequences.
Can't wait for 300: Rise of an Empire.Comment

I just got back from watching Her. I'm absolutely floored by how sweet and distorted it was at the same time.
Brilliant, brilliant movie.

Re: What movies have you seen recently?
Wasn't feeling well, so the wife and I decided to watch another 80's film ...
Back To The Future
Man, I almost forgot how much I enjoyed this movie. It had been quite a few years since my last viewing, and so tonight, I felt like I was watching this for the first time, in a way. I won't go too deep into the film, but there isn't much here that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. Well-written, well-acted with good music and strong camera/editing work.
Next week we will hop in the DeLorean again for Back To The Future II.Currently Playing:
