Saw it today. Amazing! Sad to see that anyone gave it a rotten review.

Another pixar classic. I would love to see a list of things that they tied back into the previous movies then go back and watch it again. I was on the lookout for the star ball the entire time.

              Bravo, Pixar...****ing bravo.

Amazing movie. Probably my favorite "Part Three" of a movie series of all time. Captured everything I loved as a kid about the first two.

After seeing the movie, I had to look and see if a thread had been made for it. Awesome movie. Fairly dark, too.

Saw it yesterday... absolutely incredible. There aren't many movies that can have an audience ranging from 4-5 year-olds to adults laughing together, but this is one of them.

                          Re: Disney/Pixar Toy Story 3

Finally watched this yesterday with my sister. Surprised so many people were in the theater too. It's been nearly three months since release.

The 3D was a waste as it added nothing to the film. But, I do think it also didn't take away from the film. I forgot I was even wearing them.

Anyway, the film was amazing. Pixar did it again.

I was incredibly teary eyed in the beginning. In the end, I had to fight back a yelp. But, I also get teary eyed for any emotional scene in movies. I'm soft like that. Toy Story 3 compares only to Lion King in making the rivers flow.

Love the film. Everyone needs to see it. I still have to shake disbelief when people try to tell me they won't watch it because it looks like a kid's movie. If you are reading this and you are one of those people, let me tell you right now that this movie is not for kids. Yea, the toys and colors get kids excited. But the story? There are a bunch of adults there and they were the only ones laughing and crying. This film will connect with anyone that grew up with toys. Everyone has been through what Andy goes through in this film. And at times you wonder if your toys went through the same.

Agreed. I couldn't stop thinking about my action figures and all the things I had them do. The stories they were involved in, the adventures they all went on together. When you see Andy growing up, playing with them, man, there's just no way you can't think of yourself growing up and doing the same.

My sister, brother and I recently moved out from our longtime childhood apartment. In our efforts to make the move as quick and as painless as possible, we dumped our old toys without looking at them. We had to do it. We were moving on our own and there was simply no space for those things. And yet my sister and I couldn't stop thinking about those two days of moving after we watched the film.

Lion King is still better, in my humble opinion, than the three Toy Story movies. Perhaps Pixar should try to revive that universe, too? If done right, and not a quick cash in, directly-to-video POS a new LK would be cool.

I don't know why, but it seems like I enjoy certain Disney/Pixar movies much more than other "age-appropriate" titles. I guess that, at heart, i'm still an 7 year old...
