It's funny that Kanye produced this song and his whole last album was autotuned

The message is entertaining, but the track is weak to me. Nothing's clever, the flow is average Jay-Z at his most repetitive and the beat isn't what I look for percussively or melodically.

That's not really what he's saying. Jay thinks that guys have used auto tune with great melodies and songs, but that too many people are using it as a crutch. It's common in music when a trend has gotten too popular, and less skilled, talented or popular people start adopting a technique.

Thank you. I'm just tired of everything he does getting praised just because it has his name on it. He hasn't been dope in a long time, since the Diamonds Remix days really. This song is weak...the lyrics, the flow, everything. Quest killed this beat, Slaughterhouse killed this beat, Jay would be embarrassed if everyone didn't praise him as a god and think he can do no wrong

What do you consider an MC or hott ?? I think everyone has different stuff they look for and appreciate. I for one thing the track was Bangin but I'm 36 and I did't buy his last 2 cd's but loved a track or too off blue magic.

Jigga is nice man. I think people hate on him cause he is still relevant. Who else that came out when he did is still here ?? For that amazing feat alone he has to be considered as one of the greatest. I mean look at the total volume of work he has done. So you don't like an album or two or a track or two... Does that make him not one of the greatest ?

Were talking about a person who doesn't write anything down for like ...ever...LOL and has made some of the most memorable commercial hip hop hits and now he's weak.....Negro PLEASE....

As far as I'm concerned he lit that track up. but opinions are like arm pits most people have two.

FYI i'm not in the everything he spits is fire camp. Some of those remixes were just terrible but just cause Jordan didn't lead the wizards to the playoffs don't mean he didn't win 6 rings and that he is not the greatest ever. Rap fans are the most critical sob's on the planet and most of the MOST critical don't even buy cd's ... Jigga is a genius but not every song is going to be genius quality material.

Well said Czar, I couldn't agree more on all points. I don't even really like Jay but can admit he's done his thing.

The more I listen to this song, the more I realize how much NO I.D. carries the tune.

I consider myself a Jay fan, but he hasn't made anything hot since 2003/2004. The Black Album was saved by 9th Wonder, the remix album was much better than the original IMO.

He's so blah now it's sad. This track is no exception. I don't see myself ever playing this in the car or on the IPod..

From the tracks I've heard off Blueprint 3 I believe it'll be more of the same from Jigga
