Re: Dexter (Season 4)
The only thing that has been said that even remotely is in the range of needing spoiler tags is garnett posting what he thinks is going to happen based on the previews, but he never really says what the previews showed, etc.
Everything else is purely speculation, and no, you do not need spoiler tags for what you think might happen.Comment

Re: Dexter (Season 4)
Another amazing episode.
There is little doubt in my mind that Masuka's story will be pushed into next season. Either way, even if he says something, it'll linger and have a effect on Dexter in season 5.
I love that Arthur likes using the c word to describe a "stupid" female in his pov. Such a strong word that really hits you hard.
I knew that he was sick (immediately after seeing him in the tub with the female) but this episode proved that he is beyond sick.
Figured that Chrintine was protecting him, but her reasons to protect definitely caught me off guard. I wonder if this is a fore shadowing into Dexter's future especially with the Cody fight set up."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: Dexter (Season 4)
Erm, it is technically a spoiler since not a lot of us like to watch the previews (rightfully so, since they like to spoil a lot of the show)
Therefore, this poster (I scrolled down before I could read any more, the first line was already too much) really shouldn't speculate on what is going on in the Previews without a spoiler tag as that could possibly ruin something for someone as he's not making a GUESS since he saw the previews.
So yeah, spoiler tags please.Comment

Therefore, in a case like this, you do not need to put a spoiler tag. Nothing has been ruined because he said he thinks Trinity's daughter is the one who winds up dead.
Now, had he said, for instance (and no, this is not what the previews showed): "After seeing Deb bitch slap Trinity's daughter in the preview I think so and so" then yes, that'd probably need to be in a spoiler...but what he posted does not.Comment

Re: Dexter (Season 4)
I'm guessing (hoping) the last scene of the season will involve Deb finally discovering the links between her father, Laura Moser, Dexter, and the Ice Truck Killer, setting up the series endgame in seasons 5-6.Originally posted by Thrash13Dr. Jones was right in stating that. Re: Dexter (Season 4)
Geez, didn't know my thoughts of what i think may happen need a spoiler tag. Its pretty annoying to come into a thread based on a show that is deep into the season and have to spoiler tag everything. Heres what I do: I'll use friday night lights thread as an example, I'm 2 episodes behind, because I don't want anything spoiled, I just stay out of that thread until im caught up. Pretty easy. I don't expect people to spoiler anything unless they have seen something in advance and KNOW exactly what happens. But whatever. I'll just spoiler tag all my thoughts from now on to be safe.
I just don't understand what some are expecting in this thread, besides people talking about the most recent episodes.Last edited by garnettrules21; 12-01-2009, 08:13 PM.Comment

Re: Dexter (Season 4)

Re: Dexter (Season 4)
Like others have said, how does a preview spoil anything. What was spoiled? I completely assumed something based off of literally 2 seconds of a PREVIEW. A tease. Do you refuse to go to the movies because they show previews of movies?
Anyways, i'll not sidetrack the thread anymore.
Better spoiler tag this:
SpoilerI wonder when and if and how, lol, Matsuka (sp) tells Dexter about Rita.Comment
