    Even though it was a book first and didn't actually have a theatrical release in the past decade, The Lovely Bones could very well have been the best movie made in the past 10 years.

      You could include Avatar since it released in 2009. Its epic at the box office.

          I would call Avatar an epic movie. It was an awesome experience seeing it.

              Why 20 years? Would you say Titanic is epic? Its only been 12 years. That could be said for any film listed in this thread. I think 20 years is way too long to determine if a film is epic.
