Anyone use Ad Block for the Droid?

I can't stand seeing pop up ads on the browser....or Angry Birds.

AdFree is also an excellent app for blocking ads.

Patiently waiting for them to root the EVO SHift. Not too impressed with Sprints 4g speeds but it's still faster than 3g.

Do the majority of you guys have your Droid phone rooted?

I have a Droid X and I am interested in doing so, but I don't want to void the warranty, I guess.

Feel free to chime in and give me the pros/cons. You all seem to know more than the average Joe about smartphones. Lovin' the X though!

Is it working now? After u reboot it shoukd mount back or u can go into settings and sd card / storage and there should be something that says mount sd card

Got it fixed. Seemed my SD card in the back got a little loose. I pushed it back up and everything is back to normal.

Going to finally be getting with the times and getting an Android phone. I just signed up for 2yr service with T-Mobile and will be receiving a G2 for free tomorrow. Gonnga be a HUGE upgrade for me since I've been using a prepaid, old-school Nokia phone (the one that came with the game Snake) for the past year and a half. talk about an upgrade

finally got my new evo Rooted. Had some of the newer hardware and the root process was a little tricky. Had to use adb this time but got it down without any major hiccups. Glad to be rooted again.

Flashed Myn's RLS5 and this bootanimation.

Beautiful widgets and Fancy widgets have custom flip clocks. Both good apps.
