I'm thinking about getting a not so expensive unlocked phone so I could use it with any company here, and I found the OnePlus One as a very good alternative. Has anyone experienced it? Does anyone know if I still have to be invited to buy or could I simply buy it from their store? Thanks.

Re: Official Android Discussion Thread
I don't know the answer to you question but have some advice - OnePlusOne just announced their second (unlocked, cheap) phone. Also Motorola just announced new versions of Moto G (super cheap) and Moto X (more expensive, but still pretty cheap for unlocked phone). Be sure to check all these out before making a decision.Comment

Re: Official Android Discussion Thread
So my wife's iPhone broke and she wanted another one and I had the 6 plus and kinda missed Android so I gave her my 6 plus and we upgraded her line and swapped it to mine and I got the Galaxy S6 Edge. I'm loving it so far and happy to be back on Android. I just have to figure out the Edge stuff.Comment

Re: Official Android Discussion Thread
I'd personally go with the 5X. I'm at a point where if I'm not using an iPhone then a Nexus is the only viable Android option.

Waiting for my Frosty 6p to arrive sometime next week. Can't wait. Been on Android for years, but this will be my first Nexus.
