    Re: The Charlie Sheen Watch

I think Kutcher can do a great job but it all depends on the writing. The half dozen or so episodes this season were horrible. I know this show has always relied on cheap jokes and one liners but I enjoyed it. I think most of the hate on the Kutcher casting is because its him. The guys talented and I think the 2 1/2 team is going to do its best to prove Charlie wrong. I think fans of the show are in for a great season.

Are there any episodes that were not aired for this season?

No, they halted production for this season when Charlie went off the reservation. This season ended with 16 episodes.

So everyone thinks Charlie Harper will get killed off? I guess it's the only logical course to take. It's not like the 2 1/2 Men powers that be aren't ready to burn the bridges.

I should have been an actor. 800,000 plus per episode and you only work half the year. Should have taken drama class in high school for something other then a 45 minute nap.

Jon Cryer was #2 at $550,000 per episode, ahead of #3 Hugh Laurie ($400,000 per episode). Unless the numbers are faulty this deal for Kutcher (reportedly $650,000-$750,000 per episode) will make him the NEW highest paid actor in TV Land.

Okay I'll settle for $350 per lol. I really feel Kutcher is going to knock this thing out of the park. Really should help a show that was losing its steam(for me anyway) toward the end. Looking forward to see what is character is going to be and how it connects.

Id love to see Herb and Judith get divorced. Have Herb move in with Alan and Jake with Kutcher being Judith's new boy toy. It's worked out well in real life for him so maybe it will work on the small screen.

I could see Charlie Sheen crashing the taping. My sentiment is that Charlie Sheen was best for it and it'll be worse off without him. Ashton Kutcher just seems too comedic for that show. He annoyed me on That 70s Show. But Ill hold judgement til I see it.

Kutcher's character will play an "internet billionaire with a broken heart".

I'm probably in the minority with this but I'm probably more inclined to watch 2.5 men now than I was before with Charlie playing the lead.

I liked the show when it first started but it just got way to repetitive for me so I had totally stopped watching. I'll be checking out the first few episodes with Ashton for sure....
