Looks good but can that cat and mouse game between Dexter and Quinn sustain a whole season. Even in season 2 Doakes didn't really go after Dex until halfway thru the season. Not to mention that unless Dex is caught then what's the payoff besides him eventually killing Quinn which is just a rehash of season 2. Well rather Quinn dying from an accident or something like Doakes because Dex won't kill Quinn because it goes against his code.

The Season 2 storyline was the perfect storyline for the final season. They really screwed up playing that one out too early.

Yeah I mean after having Lithgow for a whole season as Dexter's "foe" I think a season full of quinn chasing him around would be weak. It's gonna be really tough to top what Lithgow did last season but hopefully they can pull it off.

Which I agree with the season two story line being great for the show, I still believe Michael C. Hall and the writers can manage a even great story line for this upcoming season. One thing that we can expect from this show is that anything is possible as we saw last season with Rita's killing.

Nah not really. This is season 5 of Dexter and I doubt that anyone sees this series going past season 6 or 7. Most premium cable series end in seasons 5-7. They could easily have Dexter's life unravel this by having Quinn discover his secret and have a whole season of Dexter on the run or something like that.

Not really, it's a different dynamic. Dexter is out there, exposed and suspected. He will be scrambling the whole season.

I just finished season 4 tonight. Incredible, that's all I can say. I was beginning to worry about during Season 3 but, Season 4 made everything all better. Dexter and Sons of Anarchy are my favorite current shows right now and they both start up again in September. Awesome, can't wait.
