I've liked all the Post-Carrell episodes.

I would not like Dwight as the boss-not at all!!!

I actually didn't like any of the cameo applicants (at least not in their characters played in the finale), wouldn't want Dwight, and feel Darrell as boss just wouldn't work. So I guess that leaves Jim but he struggles to get the respect of everyone else, and same with Andy.

I suppose Spader could work but I just feel like the act he had in his interview would get old fast. I thought Ferrell would've been a great replacement up until they turned his character into a douche.

So I guess at this point I'm half-hoping for someone completely new to come in as the manager

Me and the wife just now finished the last couple episodes off of our dvr. I have to say the final 2 episodes were some of the best episodes all season. Dwight as boss was great and they somehow topped it with the interview process and Creed as the boss. Dwight coming as a French burn victim for the interview had me laughing like crazy. I can`t wait for next season to start after the end of season 7.
