Don't get me wrong, I would love so see some little green monsters walking down my street tomorrow, but nothing posted in that thread looks anything like an ET aircraft to me.
i can see where your coming from. For me its the collection of the events happening and with my own two eyes witnessing on a computer screen(lol) a giant glowing object that moved around on the camera and having smaller objects seemingly fuse with it.

Also closing down the only radar facility in the area, which in turn closed down three airports, is kinda fishy, I can only imagine who took over for the guys who were working at the airport

Do you have any links? I've looked, but I still haven't seen or heard anything about any airport being shut down.

they were saying it on abovetopsecret, let me look for ya

        EDIT: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2010/...ag=mncol;lst;1

I guess thats the link they were talking about. It says that they are the radar for all three airports so obviously those airports couldn't fly anywhere.

They were saying in the thread that the gas leak happened nearly the same time as when the ufo's started showing up during the night time

EDIT 2: air port closed down = flights delayed btw(what I meant)

EDIT 3: Another source for evacuation:

          Re: Creepy Alien Stories

lol, some of you guys are such marks. From the article I read, aliens were supposedly going to make themselves known to humans on October 13th. The result was a few people seeing lights in the sky, the "evidence" of which being highly inconclusive towards anything. Lights in the sky could be literally anything. Then because part of an airport was briefly evacuated due to a potential gas leak, you're calling conspiracy? Just from an argumentative standpoint, you have next to nothing to go on here.

This is why you can't believe in "predictions" and things of this nature. People lead you on. Then keep leading and leading. NOTHING was bigger than 2000 being the apocalypse. It trumped 2012 completely in terms of "facts" and "predictions" and "coincidences" plus a billion different TV specials about why the world was ending, all of the same things that are leading up to 2012. And of course, nothing happened. Why? Because people lead you on. And you're silly enough to believe in it.

I love it when people think ufo's are silly, they have soo much smug

Fact:there was a prediction aliens would come yesterday
Fact: there were ufo's in ny yesterday
Fact: not 15 minutes after these ufo's were officially reported the only radar facility in the area goes down and airports are closed. This is after one of the employee's said there wasn't anything on radar when the average person could see something in the sky with their naked eye

hell idk what they are, and I'm not concluding indefinitely that they are aliens, but they didn't seem like planes. The only thing that is conclusive is that there were abnormal lights in the sky doing abnormal things. You think what you want but this much is not arguable.

O and nobody here believed the NORAD guy would be right, and nobody here at least stated anything about apocalypse, I probably think those theories are dumber then you do. So thanks for associating people here with something irrelevant.

Those look like balloons in that news video.

The aliens must be shy, they didn't do much to make themselves known to mankind yesterday.

I think a lot more people were just on edge yesterday and anything they saw in the sky interested them more then usual.

I do agree with the quote I read earlier. How every ufo video we get is never clear or always too far away, etc etc..

yeah, I'll admit that expectation did....whats the word.... affect the way I was perceiving things yesterday. However the objects I did see on the webcam where indeed ufo's(in the literal sense) I'll be watching again tonight to see if it wasn't just me.

And yeah it does suck that most photographic evidence does indeed suck but there are some which are pretty good and the stories, the evidence, the theories, they are plausible

I gotta ask buceyes, do you believe?

You pretty much proved my point for me.

Fact: The NORAD guy said ALIENS would MAKE CONTACT on OCTOBER 13th.

Fact: The result was UFO'S in the sky, that did nothing. A UFO doesn't have to be alien.

They made contact by appearing miles away in the sky and doing nothing? Would tiny, slow moving, and weightless objects like balloons floating in the sky appear on radar? I don't know enough about radar technology to know. I would just assume that maybe some of the advanced ones would, but one at an airport? I don't know, depending on the airport. Therefore, the theory that they didn't appear on radar (which you're saying one person claimed), makes perfect sense in supporting that they were in fact, balloons.

You're claiming an airport was shut down because of aliens and a cover up. In reality, a certain area of an airport was evacuated briefly (citing a potential gas leak as the reason), and a few flights were delayed.

hell idk what they are, and I'm not concluding indefinitely that they are aliens, but they didn't seem like planes. The only thing that is conclusive is that there were abnormal lights in the sky doing abnormal things. You think what you want but this much is not arguable.

From what this guy said, from what I read, it's laughable to think he was right, or that these were alien lifeforms, based off of what was seen. Nothing he claimed actually happened. What actually happened was you got a couple of specks in the sky, and then a video of a guy who was shaking the camera around to the point to where it looked like they were moving around in weird manner, when they weren't. Watch the video, it looks like they move, but then when it focuses back on them and stops shaking, they haven't moved at all. It was an optical illusion. You need to watch that SyFy show "Fact or Faked" as they debunk videos like that every week.

It's nice to believe and everything, but until you have aliens actually making contact, for real, not just some guy claiming they will and then providing completely laughable evidence like that as proof, nobody is ever going to take this stuff seriously. This stuff happens. People will claim things to lead you on, and you buy it, because you want to believe (sorry, X-Files). There's a reason why nobody has ever had any legit proof of things like aliens, Bigfoot, the Lochness Monster, etc.. It's because they are liars, manipulating people.

I hate to admit this, I mean dammit I hate to admit this, but the expectations did get to me a little bit, to the point that I don't really know what we are even arguing about.

Basically wednesday i saw UFO's in the simplest of meaning around new york city, and then airports were shut down. Now if we knew that nothing about these crafts we'll call them and are completely unexplainable, and then a local radar tower gets shut down, that speak to controversy and cover up.(Not that I believe that)

And i'm with you hear on most of this, chubacabra or w/e is BS, bigfoot is BS, lochness monster is BS, and 95% of the stuff about aliens is BS.

However that 5% is just eery and unexplainable and seems to support intelligent life having visited us. And that's why I believe

O and checked earthcam last night but it was cloudy at night, so I'll to check again
