I absolutely lost it when Mose drove Toby's car full-speed into the cornfield.....

It's like this season has gone back to its roots and it's refreshing. I like the development of Andy as the manager and how the office is rallying around him and helping him develop.

I keep going back and forth with how I feel about this season throughout each episode. There are things I like and feel are hilarious, followed by things that induce a cringe out of me or seem like they're trying too hard.

Still going to tune in every week off general principle, but I don't know. I guess I'm undecided.

Outside of the "Michael Scott Paper Company" episodes, these first few of Season 8 have been the best of the series in the last 3-4 years IMO.

I'm thinking about dropping this show. Almost every episode since Season 7 has been a stinker imo.

Despite the drop in quality it's hard to cut the cord because I've already invested so much in the series I almost feel like it's my duty to stick with it until the end.

So far this season of the office has been outstanding imo...it had really fallen off in past years and this year has reminded me more of the first 3 seasons. I actually think the show became to reliant on Steve Carrell...I think it's much better without him.

I did that this year. It was just so hard for me to watch this show limp towards whatever finish is ahead of it while Parks & Rec and Community run creative circles around it.

Seasons 2 and 3 of this show are truly tremendous television. 4 and 5 were still pretty damn good. 6 was where the decline started, but it was still watchable. Now? It's so much worse than it used to be that it actually makes me sad when I try to watch it, because not long ago this was my favorite show.

Yeah Season 6 is where it started to go downhill. I thought the series could have ended with Jam's wedding.

I'm surprised the whole cast (minus the obvious guy) is still under contract. Networks usually lock up the cast for only 6 season when the show is casted and I've never read about any of the cast members getting extended. I have to believe the bigger stars on the show are tired of playing the same character for such a long period of time. NBC is still struggling and The Office has very wealthy viewers so I expect them to milk this show for as long as they can.

$100,000 is a lot of money for a lot of people....

It's a lot for me too, not sure I would quit my job. Instead of I would try to pay off my house, or cars.

I just caught the Oct 13th episode. I really didn't think it was that good.

This particular episode was not much better than anything.

Minus this episode I like the season so far. Hope next week's Halloween episode is better.

Loved this episode, it had it's funny moments as usual but I just loved the overall story.

Laughed a lot at Kevin describing where paper comes from lol
