I agree-great stuff especially Andy showing backbone. Spader is perfect for this role.

I'll give it a thorough "meh".

It wasn't unwatchable, but it wasn't great. It doesn't help that the two shows before it are now slaughtering The Office in quality on a weekly basis.

That's kind of a matter of opinion Dayman, although Parks And Recreation is my favorite comedy even ahead of Modern Family. I could never get into Community.

Other than anti-planking Dwight, I didn't care much for the opener.

I don't like promoting Andy to office manager. He doesn't fit that role.
They should've just let Spader take Michael's job.

I think they set it up like this to limit Spader's appearances-probably a contractual thing.

I think the show is going to be great. Andy will never replace Michael, but he will still do a great job in providing plenty of awkwardess and laughs, in my opinion. Oh and for you guys who said Pam is hotter than Erin you can shove it in your butts.

              Especially you, Dayman.

Pam was all pregnant and crying in that episode. That's not even fair.

Go watch Blades of Glory. But skip to the parts with Jenna Fischer, because other than that it's a terrible movie.

Quite maybe the best post ever.

I was actually kind of rooting for Andy prior to the premiere, and I think the reason they did it could also be tied to his Hangover fame as it makes him the most recognizable outside of the show.

I'll have to see how it progresses though and am curious how/when they might revisit his past with Erin

Exactly how I felt after watching the episode. I think Robert California was funny as well and never loses his composure.

Just watched, thought it was really funny. Kevin killed it- "WARNING, WARNING" and "You know what I love best about Elmo? The tickling."

I think the show can work

I also agree the show will do good without Carrell. Maybe not as great but will great the other characters to develop more. Kevin and Stanley had me rolling last night lol

For the Pam vs. Erin debate, those pictures were nice. I don't know if these pics are safe for work, so do a simple google image search, type in, Ellie Kemper, go to page five, and
