We finished up GLOW last night. The last episode is ****ing awesome. I never watched wrestling growing up, but this series really makes you appreciate the work that goes into the production not to mention the physical work and practice required.

Everything about the trailer and bits of info I've seen of the film makes me believe it will disappoint a lot of anime fans.
The anime did lose steam toward the end But it was still a great great anime - and I'm someone that hates anime. Not much a fan of the genre.
The film sounds nothing like the series. It's a straight up re-imagining of the concept: boy finds a book that can kill people.
