The Madness is good, only 3 episodes in though.

I’m on episode 6 now. Definitely a good series.

I get the frustration with Netflix not updating those shows. As for recommendations, if you like crime, horror, and comedy, I’d say check out Mindhunter (crime/thriller) and The IT Crowd (comedy). The Haunting of Hill House is great for horror. And yeah, Sons of Anarchy is solid, lots of action, drama, and character development, but it’s definitely a bit of a wild ride!

Is it better than the G-rated original?

I’ve never seen that so I’ll have to give that a watch and let you know.

I'll give it a look. Need something new now that Tulsa King and Arcane are done.

Just wanted to say props to Yellowstone/Taylor Sheridan

Terrible storyline this year (IMO) but last night was hands down one of the best episodes of the entire series

I don't know about the Disney thing Blzer posted but wasn't this also a Treehouse of Horror plot from the good Simpsons years?

Different strokes, I thought it was a terrible episode with half of it spent stroking Sheridan's gigantic ego. How many episodes do we really need for him to show off his horse training abilities? His girlfriend is, naturally a super model, who despite all his flaws is drawn to him because, you guessed it, he rides horses. They neutered Beth's character in the process with the strip poker garbage. They wasted countless episodes with pointless flashbacks this season, killed off another character for the hell of it, now they have Jamie, the law graduate himself, running to the baby Momma we haven't seen in, well forever, for legal advice. This season has been a train wreck. Hell they neutered Rip as well to the point he had to deliver some weird love fest dialogue over how great Sheridan's character is from some bar fight years ago but maybe he's still butt hurt over suing Cole Hauser over coffee of all things.

He's the horse training guru throwing pool parties for women half his age because he's just that damn cool. On Lioness he's the sharp shooting sniper who saved the day in the season finale, his ego knows no limits.

Speaking of Yellowstone, is this Sunday really the last show?

The preview didn't say Series Finale.

I noticed that as well, it keeps referencing it as the season finale and not series. I'd imagine if he can spin it into more episodes to keep the cash cow going he will.

I'm in the same camp as looking at this last episode shaking my head. I think TS has done his very best in every episode to proverbially beat his chest toward Costner to show just how big of fish he is in this little pond he's created.

Funny you mention him in Lioness; reminded me of when we were kids playing army, and everybody was fighting over being the hero. In Lioness, TS made sure he was the man even though he was nothing to the overall storyline.

So I've been watching the Cruel Intentions series as a dork who loved the movie back in the day. This isn't a spoiler but it just drives me nuts that they have a Reese lookalike to play the sister. I don't get that, you find someone who looks/acts like her, but put her in the other role?. There's also "Outer Banks" vibes and that show bugs me. That's all I got without ruining anything, the casting was just super strange to me
