Around Christmas time the wife wanted to watch the Hallmark channel and their cheesy Christmas heart felt movies...DJ was the lead actress in like 3 straight movies lol. She's the super star of Hallmark.

Lol i thought i saw her on there a few times when i saw my mom watching stuff on there.

We watched the first four, I thought each one got better. Whether or not the show is getting better or I'm adjusting to it is the question. The first episode wasn't the best, it was just a fun reunion trying to get all the corny jokes out of the way. So far I think it is worth watching, it's no Full House but it is fun to continue those character's stories.

A lot of shows like Full House, Home Improvement, Family Matters, etc. all had a little cheesy charm when you look back on them.

I don't mind it that much after a few episodes. I'll probably finish it out..

Those other shows had some cheese to them but in a lot of ways Full House was the king of that kind of stuff. They took the cheese element and the "ending with a lesson/awwww moment" over the top. At least with the other shows you mention (and i'll mention a couple more) and shows like Perfect Strangers, Step by Step etc etc they made the crazy/zany stuff the focus and then tacked on those endings as it was pretty much a formula. Actually, Perfect Strangers being the first Miller/Boyette production to use the formula is probably the more pure sitcom out of them all as the formula wasn't completely solidified so it was pretty much balls to the wall craziness with Balkhi and Cousin Larry with a sappy ending to most episodes.

Watched the first episode of Fuller House tonight. The wife and I enjoyed it, I kinda liked the cheesy humor.

I'll be checking out Fuller House as well. Watched the first episode so far. Extremely cheesy and had some cringe worthy moments. But this was to be expected. It's funny because as a kid Full House was absolutely one of my favorite shows. I had to watch it ever week. Then in syndication I'd still check it out when I could. Didn't watch it for years (probably a good 12 or so) until I was able to borrow the complete series and decided to let my kids watch it. Man oh man is it different watching as an adult compared to a kid. It has so many ugh moments it is insane. But my kids love it just as I did. I'm sure they will love Fuller House as well.

It's about this guy who decided to watch ever single episode and write his review after as an exercise to make sure he kept up his writing. It turned out to become very popular and develop it's own fan base which he was not expecting at all. He doesn't like Full House at all but he doesn't just bash it to bash it. He makes very valid points and they are quite hilarious. He will be doing Fuller House as well which should be fun.

Two episodes away.. pleasently surprised with how much better it's gotten.

It's still a little cheesy in a modern day sitcom kind of way, but I'm still enjoying it with just a few episodes to go.

Netflix Originals were the only reason I even have a Netflix account until my girlfriend started using my account as well.

Yeah saw a couple more episodes and it got better not having the older cast in it every episode. The kids have been pretty good too.

Yeah...it's like more Full House...the wife and I enjoy it enough. It's not amazing tv, but fun to watch.

Now that it's less about the cameos I feel it's a better show.

I've really enjoyed the first few episodes of Fuller House as well. Stephanie is the best looking former crack addict I've ever seen. Seriously though, I'm glad she got cleaned up.
