Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
Train to Busan.
Great South Korean zombie movie!
It's more then a zombie movie.
It's a great story about a dad and his relationship with his young daughter.
I really enjoyed it.ND Season Ticket Holder since '72.Comment

And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
Been trying to watch The Ranch, but just can't seem to get in to it which sucks given that it has Ashton Kutcher,Danny Masterson and Elisha Cuthbert in it. Would think a cast like that would have a great show, but I'm not so interested in it right now. And Sam Elliots character on the show I really don't like at all. Just feels like he takes away from it alot(and is hard to understand at times on the show) and the person playing the mom on the show doesn't add much either.Comment

Sam Elliot and his character is what makes the show from me.
I think he is absolutely great! And Debra Winger is also very good IMO.
I would think you are in the minority on your feelings on this show, which is fine to each their own.ND Season Ticket Holder since '72.Comment

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
Ya, probably in minority. Given the type of show it is, maybe it just appeals more to certain types of people than others. Not relatable or anything in any way at all to me and doesn't really have anything to hook me in. Sucks to say since I liked most of the cast.Comment

I might try to watch this again (only did two or three episodes??). The cast is too good.Comment

Re: What's good to watch on Netflix
I binged watched all 3 seasons of Fargo, so I've been neglecting Netflix for the past few months. I'm finally getting caught up and here's what I've watched over the past few weeks.
1) House of Cards Season 5 - I liked it and am looking forward to where they are headed in Season 6.
2) Bloodline Season 3 - What a terrible way to end an otherwise decent series. I get that they were originally supposed to have more seasons, but did they find out that they were being canceled with like three episodes left to film? Because the last few episodes and ending were trash.
3) 13 Reasons Why - We're currently watching this and are three or four episodes in. It hasn't been too bad, I have to say I am interested to see how everything happens. However, it's kind of hard to go from the three shows that I previously mentioned to this high school storylines. It does kind of remind me of Life is Strange without the Weather anomalies and what not, but I guess that's mainly just because of the teenagers and the soundtrack. Like I said, I'm interested to see how it all shakes out so plan on finishing this one fairly soon.My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

Linda Cardellini was used way too little this season.
Beau Bridges' character became ill-defined enough to become a disappointment.Comment
