Series of unfortunate events is out today! Now for the part about Netflix I hate. 10 episodes up. Do I watch each book(since it's five 2 part episodes) so it takes 5 weeks, or just 1 episode a week so it lasts longer. Or hold off till summer and watch 1 a week from July onwards when there's nothing else on.

Leaning towards 1 a week now. Regardless, it probably conflicts with playoffs either way.

Funny story, we started watching this late on Saturday night and I had no idea about it being in German. I thought something was off with my Netflix and even tried re-setting my Roku before I got frustrated and turned it off midway through the first episode.

I started it up again the next night and saw a policeman with "Polizei" on the back of his jacket and was like "wait a minute". Then looked it up and facepalmed. Anyway, we're about three episodes in now. I'm intrigued...

that's the tricky thing, the English dub on Netflix is done really well, I was thrown off for a minute too (to the point where I thought they were actually making the english dub match the german lips... that's how I knew it might be bed time)

I finished the season last night, really good stuff if you guys are looking for something, I throw my thumbs in the air (can only imagine what the screwy subtitles would make of that sentence)

Wind River was very good imo. If you guys haven't seen that it's worth a look.

I didn't know Season 2 was out. I need to rewatch Season 1 or watch a recap.

Between this, Vikings, Knightfall, and a few other shows I sometimes get my plots confused.

I’m just getting into the Netflix gang so this thread should be super helpful. Should make the break between the NBA finals and the start of football season MUCH more tolerable.

I haven't watched it yet, but there's a movie called Veronica on there that people have been saying scared the absolute **** out of them

It's nothing special really, but I watched the first season of Imposters on Netflix a week or two ago and it was decently enjoyable. The really interesting part to me is that it's basically about a group of con men so you never really know if someone is being honest or if literally everyone is just playing each other at a given time.

Started watching The ABC's of Death, an anthology of short horror films. Some of them are absolutely weird, beyond description.
