Re: American Horror Story Season 2

Whole lot of nekkid scenes in this season...

I'm not sure what to think of the aliens thing.. but I'll hold off for better judgement.

As someone said, it could all be in Kit's head.

I'm trying to figure out what was in that room the doctor was cleaning?

Something had to be in there to grab the reporter, and it's still there to break off Adam Levine's characters arm.

At first I thought when Sister Jude opened the room, it was the doctors operating room.. but it wasn't..

Also, does anyone know what that one mental patient that beat up Kit throw at the sister that was walking the reporter around?

And does anyone else feel that the Doctor is sort of like a Frankenstein doctor? Putting pieces of other people together to make some strange thing?

The guy that beat up Kit? I thought it was the greaser looking guy?

Forgot to mention I liked what they did with the opening. Last season was in modern day and the openings about the place were back in time. Now the opening about the place is modern day and the rest is back in time.

            I'd also like to add...

Yeah, he was, but he was also a bit apish, I was going for a poo flinging thing. It was poo, the guy threw poo at her.

Ah. I knew he threw something, but didn't see what it was. FX's feed was kind of washed out in gray for some reason.

Good take. I actually do think he did it.

They say he killed many women. I wonder if we'll see some flashbacks of him. I just can't see it being aliens. That kills the horror and makes it sci-fi.

I'm not going to be upset if it's aliens; I just think it's a very different genre to include aliens.

My thinking is the guy is actually crazy and like you mentioned, he hallucinates that he's being abducted and such while he's committing these acts of violence.

The house was a mess. It could have easily been him and her fighting, struggling. Don't know.

I just love this show. Can't wait for next week.

Agreed, and I'm not putting all my hopes in this season accomplishing such a large task. Last season was unique and very good, damn near amazing. That is why my bar isn't set that high for this season, it would be very difficult for them (obviously not impossible) to equal the success of last season's storyline/writing.

I just want it to be compelling and of course very unique as well. The first episode for me has accomplished just that.

Horror is the new "it" kid on television. With horror being absolutely crap in theaters (sorry, but it's true), I think fans have long wanted some good serialized horror.

The Walking Dead isn't the only one getting ratings love.

AHS premiered to 5.79 million people total during its multi-telecast Wednesday night (on cable!). Up 15%, 29% and 50% from its premiere last year.

It was the 2nd highest rated show of the night behind Modern Family (no surprise there).

                      Win.

My mom is going to watch this season(at least the first episode) because she said that Kelly Rippa's husband is in it and they were talking about it on Kelly and Michael

Last night had to have set the record for sex scenes in one show.

Ratings went up quite a lot throughout the first season. I guess the 17 Emmy noms helped get even more for this one.
