Did they change the opening credits a little bit?

Anyway, I thought last night was pretty straight-forward all things considered.

    I missed Mary Eunice.

I find it interesting that they're basically setting up Sister Jude to be the hero.

Alot of stuff started setting up last night. They are doing a good job of showing how hard it is to even remember the truth it that place, you either have to write it down which is against the rules, or constantly speak it over and over again or else it gets real murky real quick.

I really liked the dual interview scenes.

I guess the aliens are something they only see when they're drunk? Kit was drunk too wasn't he? Perhaps they are a projection of guilt.

Put there by the police to spy on the Nazi doctor just like he suspects.

Well the show is still compelling so I still watch it. However, it just keeps adding surreal elements as if it doesn't have enough to wrap my head around already. It isn't loosing me yet by any means but it seems to be leaning that way.

At this point I'm just going along for the ride this show is taking me on.

Crazy, crazy, stuff. I feel sick for Shelley. I hope that doctor gets what's coming to him.

A lot going on, but it does seem they are beginning to tie everything together bit-by-bit. Was definitely surprised to see the Monsignor knowing about the doctor.

And I take back my confusion over Anne Frank. I actually like it.

Love the Monsignor's line to Sister Jude.

"And where is she now? The attic?"

Still not sure where they're going with the aliens.

It also seems like they are really pushing the envelope this season. This show would probably get more criticism if it were on HBO and could actually go all the way with some scenes. I wonder how they even get some of this stuff through the cable censors.

And yes, I think the titles did change a bit.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob Neyer

                    That line was hilarious.

I agree, they seem to get away with a ton. I love it.

Yup. Didn't see that one coming. Perfect crime too when it's so easily pinned on someone else due to his position.

Futher mystery added to the aliens too.

I knew something was up when they got to his house, but I did not expect that. Great twist.

This season is turning out great.

I knew it once they got to the house, but only because they said beforehand that Bloodyface was to be revealed in the episode and they had no time for it to be anyone else.

I like the Ed Gein touches (nipple lampshade, skull bowl) to go along with the more obvious nods.

And yes, I too knew something was up the second they set foot into his place although the ACTUAL reveal was surprising

That whole episode was great. Each conclusion was terrifying, but each with its own distinct style. Jessica Lange and Quinto were great.
