    Dexter (Season 7)

    New season starts in 3 months - September 30th, picking up immediately after the moment we'd all been waiting for happened.

    As for the "big bad" this season, we won't be getting one main villain but instead multiple (similar to Season 5, I'm assuming).

    There's also been quite a bit of casting news lately. This is the one that definitely makes me happy.

    Anyways, despite my feelings on last season, I'm looking forward to this one. Hopefully they bounce back with a strong season and build towards an end point with the eighth season being the last. I think that would be ideal.

      Wow, my DVR apparently didn't record the final episode like I thought it did cause I didn't even know that this happened.

              I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that I'm hoping for some really good scenes with Yvonne Strahovsky.

                      I just got caught up with this show, really looking forward to season 7. 6 was a huge disappointment, and 5 wasn't that great either. Hopefully they bounce back big, can't wait to see.

                                  Don't get too hyped about Deb finding out about the true Dexter this soon. I expect that Dexter will say he was overcome with murderous rage at Hanks for taking his kid and Deb will buy it and send him to the same shrink she's seeing. Then hilarity ensues as the perverted shrink will try and get Dexter to get it on with his sister and half the season will be wasted as Dexter and Deb "explore" their feelings for each other. As long as the new season is as unintentionally funny as last season then it should be somewhat entertaining.

                                              Unless they are a lot more creative then last season they may have boxed themselves in a corner with the Deb catching dexter angle.

                                                  They are going to be creative but they aren't boxed into a corner, she knows that Dexter is a killer in the books and it hasn't killed the series.

                                                          In the act, if I remember correctly...but it's been awhile since I read that book of the series.
