    Re: Dexter (Season 7)

I understand WHY Dexter turned Hannah in, but he could've did it without her knowing it was him...

as Dexter said, Hannah would do anything to save herself. If you believe Hannah poisoned your sister to stop her from prying, why wouldn't she rat you out to save herself, especially after being betrayed.

I think LaGuerta is going to try and screw what's-his-face, especially with the "you'll get what's coming to you" line, which will be key in getting Dexter off somehow

    Can't wait for the finale

How did Hannah spike Debra's water with Xanax? Debra has one water bottle that she drinks out of? Debra purposely overdosing on the drug and then getting behind the wheel doesn't make sense. It's not even remotely logical. I guess we have to go with Hannah spiking the water of the Lieutenant of the Miami Metro Police Department with apparent ease.

Well Dexter did find the strand of hair in Deb's house, which also had unlocked sliding doors. I don't see how it'd be so out of the realm of possibility.

I also think Deb dosed herself. She could've gotten a strand of Hannah's hair from Dexters apartment and she didnt DIE. if Hannah did it, she wouldnt have made it out alive. should be interesting...

She's the lieutenant of homicide aiding in murder, is in love with someone she can never be with and is now willing to plant evidence.

This finale is going to make me long for next season as soon as it's over, I can already tell.
See that's kind of how I feel too. I know it sounds ridiculous to dose herself and then get into a wreck but I just don't feel Hannah did it. I think the writers want you to believe that though. Hannah's comment about "I never make a mistake" was key in my mind. Grant it we're talking about taking a murderer at her word but whatever.

Count me in the camp that thinks that Deb did to herself. It seems completely illogical for her to take a chance driving like that and taking the risk of seriously injuring herself. However, I think that the writer's either think we're that stupid or she wasn't even in the car when it was crashed and broke her wrist some other way.

Step 1: Start driving car into crash.
Step 2: Take huge swig of the water bottle.

Another thing to factor in to the possibility Deb drugged herself to set up Hannah is what she said to her during their conversation. Something along the lines of "It's because I love Dexter that I'll do anything to keep you away from him."

One thing to keep in mind though -- Dexter said they (the police or whoever) found Deb/her car upside down. Crashing her car AND THEN drugging herself after doesn't make much sense.

But whatever, very good episode. Can't wait for the finale, can't wait for next season.

                          Re: Dexter (Season 7)

i hope dexter kills hannah... the scenes with her are the worst by a pretty wide margin, and its been like that for a few weeks.

i think next season, maybe next episode, we are going to see Deb kill someone. i also think, maybe this is crazy, that there is a real possibility of dexter killing debra next season..

all the storylines are gonna be incredible to see how this effects (or affects?) all the secondary characters who are close with dexter.

The scene where Dexter said "I am Dexter Moser" was awesome. Makes me really wish his brother wasn't so stubborn in wanting to kill Deb and then Dex wouldn't have had to kill him, i'd like to watch that show in an alternate reality.

Just watch that scene with Debra and Hannah again. Watch Debra's actions. Listen to her words.

                                She did it to herself.

We just have to suspend belief a bit and ignore that she could have killed herself. Unless she was willing to go that far to accomplish her goal.

Episode got really good when Dex figured out LaGuerta's plan. That was a nice set up even if it was somewhat obvious. I don't mind predictable so long as it makes sense.
