New episode. They haven't done recap in quite a few years, cause they realize that they lose about a quarter of their audience during that episode(which hurts their season average) so they just decided to scrap it.

Good, I never liked those. I thought for sure they had one of those last Thanksgiving, but the years all run together some times. It's too busy of a week to spend an hour watching just a recap.

It's crazy that I really don't have any favorites so far this year. Sometimes I like Tyson, sometimes I don't. I have been impressed that he's kept the idol hidden this long (if he truly has).

Yeah someone smarter with the last clue would have just figured it out, if you don't find it you are either just plain stupid or someone else already has it. Katie should have brought that up saying one of you have it. She was safe already this week, but that would help big time for this week.

That's actually really smart and something I've never thought of before. Having nothing to lose, a lie that someone in the alliance secretly has the idol already would get everyone's panties in a bunch.

Man, for a minute there I thought someone stole his idol and there was gonna be a huge HOLY **** moment. That would have been so crazy! Great episode tonight, Ciera continues to prove she knows what she's doing, and the counter strategy by Caleb & Hayden nearly worked. Good stuff both ways. Didn't care for the immunity challenge when Tyson, Gervase, and Ciera all sat out to devour the meal, and were kinda dicks about it, especially Tyson. Looking forward to see how all this plays out.

I thought maybe he forgot it at camp or something lol. Imagine if that happened, someone with an idol forgot it at camp and was gonna play it,but couldn't since it wasn't on them

Regarding these immunity challenges...I never liked the whole "contains ___% of your body weight" type challenges. But crazy either way to see Monica winning all these challenges.

I just watched a CBS preview for next week and it is full of spoilers. DO NOT WATCH IT! It clearly shows who the next member of the jury is and who is wearing the immunity necklace. Stupid CBS!

lol, CBS often does that. Just like when they were hyping up the tribe switch, on their facebook page they posted a pic revealing who was on each tribe after the switch. It took away the suspense.

And whenever they show shots of tribal, they always find a way to spoil stuff.

Considering tribal lasts like an hour or so, couldn't Survivor at least find some clips that show people without spoiling who did or didn't win immunity?

Yeah their commercials always piss me off. Luckily the only other thing I watch on CBS anymore is The Amazing Race so they aren't hard to avoid.

I wasn't able to watch last week's Survivor until last night, so I had a heck of a time avoiding spoilers watching football on CBS over the Thanksgiving weekend. I would mute the TV and turn my head as fast as I could but I saw Monica and Hayden in the commercials for this week, so I knew they weren't getting voted off.

As for last week, I wish they would have shown some interactions with Monica because you know there had to be some between her and Hayden/Caleb. She is a strong physical player but doesn't seem to be tight with Tyson/Jervis/Ciera. She could have been the swing vote last week instead of foolishly going to Ciera. But I get it, it always seems original tribes stick together, so that's why they went to Ciera instead of Monica. But I can't believe they didn't try to swing Monica their way since she is so paranoid all the time.
