LOL I was thinking about starting a thread yesterday afternoon. I always look forward to seeing the predictions each year. Walmart is supposedly going all out this Black Friday.

I guess I'll be looking for an affordable passive 3D LED HDTV.

Amazon Prime Trial just in time for Black Friday. Free 2-day shipping is niceeee. Now you won't have to buy at least $25 just for super save shipping.

Wait until the end of October (30th or 31st) to activate. Make sure you cancel in time not to be charged.

I will add that this is only valid if you haven't used a free trial of some sort before.

Me too. I've given up on getting any major purchases at Best Buy. The closest one to me is 30 minutes away and people camp their days before Black Friday.

Last year Walmart had different lines and different starting times for big ticket items. So you could only "camp" for one thing. Only problem is if you wanted more than one big ticket item. If your most wanted item didn't go on sale til 10PM you'd have to wait in line while others were buying the 8PM and 9PM sales.

I got most of my stuff online last year.

Not getting a next-gen system and pretty much have all the current-gen games I need. Only thing I am looking for is a 3DS XL price drop. If there isn't one, this will be a light BF for me, which is fine since I'll be traveling anyway.

I don't know if I'm patient enough to wait until late November for some of the stuff I need. My router is horrible right now and I found the one I want, but if the newer version was suddenly 40-50% off on Cyber Monday or something, I'd be pissed because I'd take that one if it was within $10-$20. Also need a new headset. The one I want could drop... I wish Amazon was better about refunding price differences.

Video games and blu rays are a staple on black friday. You'll have multiple options to choose from.

Yeah I actually enjoy the madness at the local Walmart. Call me crazy, but its true. Haha.

I did buy a ton online from Amazon as well. Which they kill it every year with the lightning deals leading up to black friday and cyber monday. Which I miss cyber monday for the most part, since I work for Macy's Logistics and it is our biggest day of the year since its a distribution center. Thank goodness for the Amazon app!

Been shopping since July for deals for my littel 5 year old. I actually to enjoy the masses during Black Friday. Although I just recently left retail (Game Stop Store Manager) for 5 years. Its good to be on the other side

Especially after Best Buy jumped on that $25 bandwagon.
