Would consider a PS Vita on the cheap if I see a deal.

For those of you who have the Discover. It credit card, after you see what the deals are, you can go ahead and buy it, and once black friday prices hit, you can call their claims line, and have them do a price match. No hassles of waiting in lines, etc. Still get the ticket items that you want. Also, has to be the same retailer of course.

It's not surprising. I read Amazon hasn't turned a profit in a few years and they are about to open 10 new distribution facilities.

Well that's a downer, my plan this year was to wait out the lightning deals til NBA 2K14 was up for $25. Although, I haven't picked up Madden since '11 so if I can somehow swindle both of them (unlikely), then I could still get free shipping.

That seems a little too good to be true.

Here is the full Gamestop Black Friday ad.

12 months of Play Station Plus for 29.99 stood out to me.

It is and it isn't. I contacted them because I wanted to make sure of some things.

It really only works on stuff on sale in a store because you need the ad to send to them to prove it. So if you bought it online and Walmart had a Black Friday ad with a lower price, you're good. They will do it. But if Amazon had a deal, it could be worth a try, but just printing off the page may not be good enough. Other credit card companies used to do something similar but I think most ditched it.

Nope. They were one of the ones that ditched it, and this was many years ago (2006 it looks like). They still have purchase protection, but not price protection.
