Well, maybe they'll throw some of their big screens on sale for me to buy on Christmas weekend. I hope so.
You'll find other sales after Black Friday, which is usually when I buy my TV's (I'll gladly pay more than the BF sales price to not wait in line in the cold and deal with maniacs), but you won't find any deals as good as what you'll see on BF. I guess it depends on how big you want to go. If that 65" is the one I've seen before, it's regular around $1200-$1500. You can probably find it for $900 or so in December, but I would hope less. I got a 65" LG Plasma for $900 at hhgregg in mid-December a few years ago that was regular $1500 at the time.
Cybor Tuesday will be right after BF so Amazon hopefully will have some goo deals. My wife and I are doing Walmart again this year. I already got my daughter a 3DS for christmas and as a gift to each other were buying a new tv to replace my 42" 6 year old Flat screen. I really want a smart tv so im down for whatever

I've always found been online deals on BF than Cyber Monday. I'm hoping that trend continues this year. I'm not really looking for anything big this year - maybe some PS4 games/Blu Rays on the cheap and a PSN subscription. That's about it really.
Oh one thing I just thought of: If anyone see's this sound bar system (or one similar to it) go on sale, let me know. I'm planning on adding one in the bedroom. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/vizio-5-...&skuId=8761077
I've held out this long on making the jump to an XB1 but that deal of the ACU bundle(with Kinect) and a extra controller for $430 is looking really good right now. I have a PS3 I rarely ever play that I can trade in and get a $100 gift card(plus whatever I get for my extra controller and games) to knock the price down even more.
They are also offering $30 trade in value for Madden 15 which essentially makes it a trade because they are selling Madden 15 for XB1 for $30 that weekend. I've held off this long but that deal(not too mention NBA 2k15 & Shadow of Modor as well) with the bonus of GCU is really making me want to make the leap this month.
Where are they doing that at?
I'm in the same boat as you, been holding off on the new XB1, but I think the time is right to finally get it, even though I haven't played nearly as much PS4 as I thought I would.
Edit: Just did a quick Google search and saw the deal - definitely will take advantage of that. Glad it works for 360 too, mine is starting to collect dust.
I've read online that after the Consumer Electronics Trade in January in Vegas, TV's are even lower after the show vs BF?
Any truth to that?
To a point. You see a lot of deals for the Superbowl mostly around that time and then you get the closeouts for the older models afterwards up till around April when the new years models typically roll out.
A bit off topic but do you guys think I could essentially trade my Xbox for a PS3? I want to sell it with all my games and buy a PS3 without paying out of my pocket, because my friends are all on PS3. Black Friday seems like a good opportunity to do so.
Never done the BF thing so on the Walmart 65" for 648, 1 hour guarantee deal do I have to go stand in line and get some ticket or can I just go there anywhere between those hours and buy the tv? Not going to matter to much if they have it then or not as my brother and I are buying our parents a big tv and that would be perfect.

If you are in line for that TV within that hour then your guaranteed to get it. Even if they sell out you just come back and pick it up at a later date.
It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.

I'd trade with you, but I had a Xbox 360. I am not a fan of Microsoft, so I have to decline a trade offer.

Co-sign to what ratedmoney already said. That means you can run around grabbing stuff in the madness that starts at 6PM--just make sure you're in that Vizio line by 7pm.
They must have a huge stock of both door buster tvs--surprised either of them have the 1hr guarantee.
