I just watched the trailer that's 2 1/2 minutes long and didn't see anything that would make me change my mind about Danson's character getting bumped off this season. Maybe you're talking about a different trailer / preview from the one I saw though. The one I saw has the song right place/wrong time playing throughout the last minute

Re: Fargo (Season 2)
Milligan is a great character. I think the chick he killed was Papa Gerhardt's nurse or something.
I feel like S1 was darker, more intense *and* more humorous. S2 is more storyline driven though.
Both are absolutely great.Comment

Re: Fargo (Season 2)
It was the preview at the end of an episode that's normally reserved for next week's stuff, but this one was showing things that are happening throughout season 2. It shows the bad guys (can't remember if it was Milligan and his boys) driving up in a car to eitherSpoilerDanson's house or his daughter's house, and then they close in on a "white as a ghost" Danson face. Ohhhhh ok gotcha. Yeah I'm not able to see next weeks previews after each episode because I watch on the FX Now app. Have to get crafty looking for ways to watch these shows while only having a few premium cable channelsComment

The 1979 massacre was referenced a bit in season 1.Comment

Re: Fargo (Season 2)
This references the conversation between Lou and Malvo in the diner / the massacre / the rope tying scene / etc. that link the first season to the prequel:

Re: Fargo (Season 2)
What's up with the supernatural vibe outside the waffle house?
Was that a UFO Little Gerhart saw outside before getting hit by Peggy? The Native American (I have no idea of his name, he's still very much a mystery) had some kind of time warp in the same spot? He walked out the diner a little after 7 the weird scene happens where's staring into the trees and the shadows show time passage and he looks at his watch and it's a little after 9.

Yeah it's really bizarre. I guess it's supposed to be some tie to some Native American stuff?Comment

Re: Fargo (Season 2)
A little confusing about the plot regarding why the Gerhardt's think Rye was killed based on the info that the Indian reported back with.
Dodd was giving the Indian some looks as he was explaining the truth to the mother, but Dodd wanted him to lie so that they can put the blame on Kansas City for Rye's death even if it's not true, so they have a reason to go after them and kill them?
Also not sure what Dodd was talking about when he said "the butcher of leverne is from Kansas City" clearly that's bs and he's trying to manipulate the story here to get his mom to think Kansas City killed rye. Not really sureLast edited by GaryT531; 11-11-2015, 06:52 AM.Comment

Re: Fargo (Season 2)
Dodd is a real piece of crap. Talking about graduating to fists to deal with his daughter.
The hatbox scene, even with only a top of the head view, was chilling.Comment

Re: Fargo (Season 2)
The Indian found enough evidence to follow a trail, and his key proof was the belt buckle. Dodd was 100% manipulating things to get what he always wanted (war).
More UFO stuff this episode, and more overtly UFO, with the kid's drawing.
SpoilerWith the story spun about the butcher being a hitman from Kansas city, is that leading into him being the same as Billy Bob's character from season one?Comment
