every since they said Maggy was pregnant I also thought they would eventually kill her off cause couldn't see them having 2 babies, always felt like her baby would die while shes carrying it and eat it's way out killing her. I know it's crazy and they probably wouldn't show anything like that but has always been my thought

That's what my wife thinks too. When they were doing the ultrasound she was like ZOMBIE BABY!! Calm down girl haha

So what happens if the baby is a stillborn? Does it turn into a zombie? I imagine the scene of preggo Maggie being eaten from the inside out by a zombie would be too much for American audiences

Maggie is infected so the baby should be, too. Now, whether the baby can actually eat Maggie from the inside out is a question. The baby hasn't developed much muscle control outside of reactions at that point, and doesn't have any teeth.

That was one of my favorite episodes of the entire show. I love the dynamic between Morgan's philosophy and that of the group. I wish the show would spend more time with that struggle: maintaining humanity vs survival in this new world.

This show seemed really clean. I didn't notice any stupidity or terrible plot devices to get someone into or out of trouble.

Very enjoyable episode last night. I like the darkness and pacing this half of season has going. Nice start for the reintroduction of Dwight. They covered issues 96 and maybe some of 97 last night, so they're at a good pace right now, assuming the finale is Negan's debut.

Though my only, not really issue, but thought from last night is why did Gabriel and Glenn have to get over the hump and get their first kills in the same episode? It's not like the Saviors have shown how dangerous they can be yet.

The title of the episode was The New World, so I'm guessing it was just their way of illustrating that transition that the group is going through. Gabriel's scene reminded me of the sniper in Saving Private Ryan. That was awesome.

Actually it was called Not Tomorrow Yet. But it just didn't make sense to me to have both turn over in the same episode.

Yeah I'm expecting a big time casualty in Rick's group to bring about enough rage to overthrow the Saviors or at least a branch of them.

It was weird to have some long standing characters just now getting their first non-Zombie kill. We're so far in it seems weird that that would be a thing, but the show has to separate humanity from brutality or something. Otherwise it would just be kill, move on, kill, move on. Some characters have to have that tie to their "old" selves.

What's the kid with the dreads name that Glenn was with (another "virgin")? Graham or something? Did they send him off on his own after he realized he wasn't made for that stuff or just back with supplies to the Alexandria camp? If it's back to Alexandria, he's either being followed for a strike by the Saviors group later or will somehow be alerted and save the day for Carol/Maggie.

Pretty wild that they executed that assault with no casualties. No one even got clipped. I mean I know it was a surprise attack but no injuries whatsoever? Even with the two POW's that's still quite a victory. And they have their own bargaining chip. I suspect something bad will happen to Carol or Maggie, or someone takes their place. Glenn probably since his days seem very numbered.
