He's a great character but a colossal "ash-hole". Chuck's recent pancake story reaffirmed that but did it really need reaffirming?

I'm always rooting for Axe but I find Taylor to be yet another prime character on Billions. I hope she's there till the end.

I have no complaints about increasing multiples of Billions-this ain't Ray Donavon. I'd be happy with a five-year extension.

By the way, the actress that portrays Rebecca has a starring role in Amazon's Goliath series; unfortunately, she and the rest of the cast were wasted in season two.

Continues to be my favorite show with a growing list of others not far behind.

Kinda like the Taylor character. Really a great cast overall. Unlike The Good Fight this show continues to chug along without missing a beat.

Amazingly I still haven't turned the corner on The Good Fight-I'm still on episode 3 or 4.

My favorite by a mile if you're talking about current shows. I'm not counting Better Call Saul because of its extended hiatus but even if I did I'm not sure it would jump over Billions.

Show is almost awful at this point. I would dump CBS AA if the wife didn't want to watch the soaps. Like Star Trek but the season is over.

                    Re: Billions (Showtime Series)

I'm torn. I loved the performances, Axe's speech to Rebecca was one of my top moments in the series. But I hated the outcomes, I can't stand Taylor, and liked Rebecca so that really sucked. The Chuck thing was cool albeit easily predictable just because they were blatantly obvious in their conversations and would never be stupid enough to talk the way they were unless it was a setup. It kinda turned out to be a lesser golden frog time to me. Interesting to see where they go from here, Axe doing what he did wasn't surprising given he already tossed away his family... This would've been more impactful if the show had started with him as a bachelor and we were led to believe Rebecca was changing him or something, I was just waiting for this to happen.

Not really rooting for anyone anymore so I'll probably not make it too much longer, but hope it keeps going strong.

Excellent season finale, it looks like the show is going into season 5 as a throwback to the first season. The Connerly thing was such a set up. Could see that coming from a mile away. I actually thought Chuck sent in the "guru" guy to push Connerly more towards his impulses but that was never mentioned.

I love Taylor's character, it will be very interesting to see where the next season goes. On paper it sounds a lot like season 2, but the show writers have been great at making everything interesting, so i'll give them the benefit of the doubt they'll carve season 5 into something special.

Chuck told Connerly, (Paraphrasing) everyone goes down eventually; It was almost as if he knows he too will soon be in that seat. My guess, season 5 is the last season and Axe and Chuck both go down.

Yeah, there was no way Chuck and Dad could be so careless.

I don't know about that only because GuruGuy's passion seemed sincere but who knows if enough bucks are thrown your way. The porn-star lover wasn't even a challenge. He started wilting when he saw the CASH let alone the three "FILM STARS".

Despite production being shut down by CV-19 the May 3rd season 5 premiere is still on.

If they didn't get the last couple episodes done I guess they are hoping they can sometime in May, or you just finally do them when possible.

This one had a reappearance of Maria Sharapova, Axe and crew ingesting a "limitless-type drug" and the guy that played Louis Litt on Suits as a lowlife former doctor trying to get Chuck's father a new kidney. Billions rivals any show I've ever watched for #1.

Unfortunately CV19 has turned today's episode into a midseason finale probably pushing the last five into early 2021 and delaying a likely season six for a full year.

By the way the name of this episode was The Limitless Sh*t.

I totally forgot about their production being halted because of this pandemic. I was expecting to see another episode next week. Ugh.

I've never watched Suits before, but the black market doctor was as lowlife as it gets. The actor played his role well. Also, seeing Axe bugged out of the Limitless drug was hilarious to me. I want to rewatch that movie just because of how they worked it into the episode.

The rivalry between Axe and Mike Prince has been fun to watch all season. It'll be interesting to see where this goes, especially after how the last episode ended.
