I haven't went over to get a look in person. Will try to get a peek at it soon when I'm not busy.

I'm starting to get very cautiously optimistic about this movie. Saw some of the teaser pics the director posted. I need to go read the book again.

Agreed. Between this and The Dark Tower (please be good, please be good, please be good) I am getting the Stephen King nostalgic waves.

I've got a really bad feeling about DT. The impression I've gotten from just hearing some tidbits from all around is that they are gutting a lot of stuff that made The Gunslinger such a good read. And on that note, how many of the books is the movie supposed to cover? Like is it gonna be a series?

Sorry didn't mean to mean to hijack the thread or anything
              .

I like the new Pennywise look. Honestly I'm more curious to see how his other....."outfits" look and if they stick solely with the books "outfits" or surprise us with some new stuff.

I'm using "outfits" for spoiler purposes but I guess that's probably unnecessary.

That is unfortunate of so. That series (TDT) deserves to be pure. Thanks for the info.

I was going to see it no matter what, but I was really nervous this would be a lame remake. That trailer wayyyy exceeded my expectations. I can't wait.

I was expecting this to look like some cheesy B-movie. Trailer is awesome. I'm In.

                      The projector scene is outstanding

If that trailer gets traction I have to feel like the movie will be successful with or without star power. That trailer is excellent.

Trailer looks really good, it's crazy though cause like I said before I love crazy looking clowns, love horror movies but I haven't seen the original IT or read the book.

IT is probably my favorite book I've ever read. It's either that our The Shining. Do yourself a favor and read it before the movie.
