Dwight turns on Negan. Great to flesh out the relationship, but seemed like more to set up Darryl, which wont pay off for awhile

What was the "A" on Darryl's shirt for? Others had different letters, did I miss that?

The letter on his shirt is just to let everyone know he is in the "breaking in" stage.
If you noticed some of the guys working in the Zombie yard had different letters as they are in a different stage of the breaking in.

When do we get the whole "how Negan got here" episode?
Will there be an episode that goes back and shows us where he came from and came into power?

I would think so. Maybe not soon, but hopefully this season.
