I just finished my second season not having complete access to the Rockies (actually a blessing, lol), as well as the Avalanche (hard to count the C year) and to be honest I really have done better than I thought. It still irks the heck out of me that I am blacked out of any Rockies game on ESPN, MLB, and especially MLB.TV but I think that's besides the points.

These leagues and networks keep thinking they can do whatever they want and the fans don't matter, so yeah, I completely agree and hope to heck that there's gonna be a reckoning some day!

Up next: YouTube TV and Disney's deal expires Friday. If they can't reach an agreement, YTTV will drop the price $15, but any YTTV subscriber will lose all Disney channels, including the local ABC affiliate and all the ESPN channels.

So they will just get you to purchase the Disney bundle which gets you most of it live.

You don’t get ESPN with the Disney bundle, so bowl games and the CFP won’t be available to YTTV if they don’t reach an agreement.

But, just like with NBC, I expect they’ll reach an agreement by Friday - or extend the current agreement until they reach a new one.

Right. You have to sign in with your TV provider on the ESPN app to get access to ESPN, ESPN2, etc.

I guess the deadline was midnight Eastern because the Disney channels are gone.

I’ll give it a couple days. If they don’t reach a deal, I’ll be gone too.

Contract ended, so they really didn't have a choice when it came to cutting out mid game.

I'm going to try Fubo first, if it comes to that. Hulu is another option, but it's owned by Disney and I don't really want to reward them.

I'm pretty happy with YTTV overall, although I'm getting sick of all the disputes - Roku, NBC and now Disney. I don't really want to switch to something else. But no ESPN - especially during bowl season - is a no go for me.

Fubo looks good 106 channels for $65, thats more channels than YT… Looks like I may have found my new carrier come Monday.

I still think they reach a deal by the end of the weekend (although I also thought they'd reach a deal or at least an extension before pulling channels).

YouTube TV is dead without ESPN. Although maybe that's Disney idea. Pull ESPN and watch people leave YTTV for Hulu.
