And the actor plays him perfectly. His facial expressions are incredible to show his disturbed psyche

Homelander is one of the best villains ever. You don’t know if you are going to live or die being near him, it’s always tense whenever he’s in a scene with someone.

I’ll say it again, this show way better than the comics, it far exceeded my expectations.

      This show is fearless

I absolutely love the show, but hope they never get to the point where the messaging is too heavy handed.

The show does a wonderful job of touching on relevant, real - world topics without being too "woke" or preachy, IMO.

I’m kinda at the point where the excitement from the gore and antics has worn off and I’m waiting to see where the story is going. I was actually going to ask if anyone who followed the comics can tell me if this is going anywhere or if they’re just going to spin their wheels until the show falls off but it seems like they’re moving farther away from the comics so even the readers wouldn’t know.

This season so far has far exceeded my expectations. For a third season of any show, it's been as good or better than the first two. Which isn't usually the case.

I mean Homelander is absolutely insane and I love it. And like it was mentioned, I couldn't see anyone else in this role. He's amazing. He makes it so believable that if I saw the guy in real life I would probably be scared.

Homelander starting to give me “Marlo from The Wire” vibes when I see him on the screen.

Every time I see him, I’m like “oh ****”

I noticed Homelander's alternate name is "SIR".

Mine too, but I wonder what the play is with Butcher and his temporary powers? He will have to use his cunning and other help because because even after partaking of the green liquid he'd be no match for Homelander.

Anybody else not getting the episode yet? I see it on some torrent sites so I know it’s available, it’s just not on Prime. [emoji848]Live now as of 8:25ish Eastern time, get it together Lex Luthor.

                    Also, renewed for season 4.

He sure is but so is Butcher, TBH.

You can argue he's been driven to that point, but sometimes the end doesn't justify the means.

No comparison between Butcher and Homelander.

For real. Homelander was raised as a monster, Butcher is choosing this life. Huey knowingly putting his girl in danger every day. Down with The Boys!

I'm talking about the end product.

Homelander is a monster (except to his crazed fans). Butcher is not.

I mean, who roots for Homelander, LOL? (his crazed fans)
