I just started a room called: Tourney Settings. It is for everyone except no rocket or grenade launchers anything else is fine.

Finally got the air support medal. Now I can mix any secondary ability with any class. I decided to randomize a badge and a secondary ability every week. This week it will be Tactician/Medic.

Unlocking secondary abilities has nothing to do with your rank, what you need to do is earn medals for your primary abilities. For example, as a medic you have to heal 8 people 10 times to get the Healing Specialist medal. Once you earn than medal then you will unlock the Medic's secondary ability. Hope that makes sense.
