I know Turning Stone is 18+. That's probably the biggest casino I know of that is 18+.Last edited by Chaos81; 06-26-2005, 07:12 PM.Comment

Probably an Indian casino. You only have to be 18 for those.
Its one of the few 18+ casinos in my area. Go there all the time.Comment

Re: Everything Poker Thread...
nice... I wish we had a casino around here that was 18 and up... but sadly gambling is Illegal in Virginia I believe, or at least the part participating in raked hands.Last edited by Lintyfresh85; 06-27-2005, 05:00 PM.http://flotn.blogspot.com

Re: Everything Poker Thread...
I tryed a few play money sit&go tournys at Pacific Poker. They need to rename that place Artic Poker. I've heard of cold decks but that was Antartica cold right there. Technically I did good (3rd mostly) but that's just because I was folding everything while everyone else was playing,I couldn't even get suited connectors. I didn't like how you don't get to see other people's cards much and they don't turn them over on all-in hands. Only having 18 seconds to decide stuff isn't very good either. How did they come up with 18 anyway?
Noble Poker uses the same as Score & True Poker so I didn't bother trying it.Comment

Re: Everything Poker Thread...
Played a limit poker single table and got eliminated on 3 hands in a row on the river.
first hand flop a straight with J9, guy hits flush on the river, 2nd hand pocket 6's guy hits a Q on the river to take me with a pair of Q's, 3rd hand pocket aces, I'm raising constantly guy hits river for a straight.
I immediately go to a 1,2 limit table first hand A4 win 10, 2nd hand AJ win 10 3rd hand AQ win 20 makes up for the 6 bucks i lost in the single table but still.Last edited by ndeezlo; 06-28-2005, 12:52 AM.Comment

there are a lot of *******es who will play any 2 hands esp at the lower limit tables..youll even get some at the 1/2 and up tables just because..well theyre idiots ...if you play long enough youll eventually get sucked out for a loss on the river to some idiot calling all your raises with crap cards...
just had some guy get called all in with QQ..the other guy who went all in flopped the straight....QQ calls..hits 6 6 6 to pick up the full house and win the handComment

Best place to make money imo.
Yeah played Party at first, but it was my first time online and went to a.50/1 game with 50 bucks... made some horrible plays. And was sucked dry.http://flotn.blogspot.com

Re: Everything Poker Thread...
Was playing last night in a limit .5/1 game. On the last hand I decide to play, I looked down at my hole cards and see AA. UTG folds. I'm UTG+1, and raise. Guy in MP re-raises, and the guy on the button calls. I re-raise and we cap betting.
Flop comes AA9.I check and MP raises again. The 3 of us proceed to cap betting on all following rounds with the last 2 streets blank cards. I flip my rockets, to find out MP had 99. I win $35, by far the largest I saw last night.
Greatest feeling ever.Comment

Re: Everything Poker Thread...
I lost the other night at a $20 + $2 sit and go on the river card to get second place at party poker. You talk about unfreaking real, I couldn't believe it. Talk about a bad beat. The last card of the last hand and the guy gets his card. I still won $60 but dam I was close to that $100. Its kind of like losing a game at the buzzer.
On another note I was in a tournament last night at Party Poker and got pocket aces preflop, so I end up raising and before you know it I'm all in with another guy. I end up winning the hand, great. The very next hand I unbelievably get pocket aces again. So after some betting and raising from another player I end up all in again post flop. Well what do you know on the river the guy gets his second pair and I'm out of the tourney. The river at partypoker is full of heartbreak sometimes. Thats just two examples of the ups and downs of poker.Last edited by Pratt75; 06-28-2005, 11:41 AM.Comment
